I really enjoy the facilities , a joyfull environment and staffs , really near to changkat nightclub .

Apartment is great, there is everything you need, room is enought big and bed is comfortable, all apartment is silent, not loud from street

It’s very clean and everything is shiny new. Breakfast was divine for me that is a sweet tooth (various forms of cakes, chocolate cereals, etc.). Location is wonderful – close to the bus that runs to the Palermo airport, good starting point for sight seeing on foot, on the walking distance from the harbour and very close to the main streets (Via Romana i Maqueda) where was a Street Food Festival when me and my friends arrived. Values for money is great.

The bed comfort was great. The interior design is interesting. The cafe staff was very friendly and smiling. The prices in the cafeteria is cheap when compared to cafes outside the hotel. The atmosphere is very European.

It’s very close to metro and it’s perfect.

Was in a good location, there was supermarkets near by and the mall is only about a 5 minute drive away. Safe neighbourhood. Hotel staff were very helpful, not all speak English but there was always at least one employee on who spoke English at reception.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, less than a 5 minute walk from Ipanema beach, plenty of nice restaurants around the corner, metro and bus stops close by and nice traditional churrasco on a Thursday night.

It is just one minute walk from the port to the airport.

The Grand Master Suites are in Via del Corso (the center of Rome). The location is perfect and really safe and you can reach it by metro from Piazza de Spagne (5 minutes). The building is old but renovated, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is nice (nothing special). The stuff is really kind and helpfull.

I like the Location because it is located in city central

Good location and wonderful staff, they are very helpful. The single room had a fridge, nice view, private bathroom and they had a cot for the baby on hand.

Staff was extremely helpful and the daily breakfast is superb.

The acceptable breakfast had good taste, although not much variety, the rooms were spacious and clean.

The location of 9 Residents is quite good: we stayed there over a weekend and it was a convenient walk to Saturday and Sunday walking street. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There is a coin laundry next to the property where you’re able to wash your clothes for 20baht. (30baht for the tumbler). Toast and coffee for breakfast.

I loved how reception was able to change our room to accommodate last minute changes.

Fabulous location and views from the 7th floor terrace. Very spacious appointment, well furnished with comfortable beds.

we arrived very late at night. Siya was absolutely courteous and brought us the key at that time of night around 23h00. The same thing the next day as my team left for Joburg and i had to extend my stay by a night and moved to Canal Quays from HB. Excellent stay. very happy.

All staffs are very very kind and fully skilled. Room was sooo clean and quiet. Location is little bit far from main central station because there is hill but this hotel is worth it. The breakfast was typical Brazilian and of decent quality. The hotel location is good. We walked to the main plaza of the town where the cathedral is, there are many restaurants nearby, and the staff are pleasant and speak English. Unlike most Brazilian cities, Florianopolis is relatively safe, so you can walk around with ease. There is a large shopping mall just adjacent to the hotel. Internet worked well.

Millie and Andreis were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and kind. They spent a half hour with us showing us the apartment which was beautiful and spotless, with FOUR bathrooms, how to use the appliances including clothes washing machine, maps of the neighborhood, suggestions for getting around, where to eat, what to do etc. They even gave us a what’s app ID to use to communicate with them if we needed anything. (They also gave us phone numbers home and cell I think, but we had no cell service because we couldn’t get a sim card). They allowed us to leave our suitcases there after checkout so we could tour the city without the baggage before our flight home. We stayed in 5 different places during our visit to Peru and this was the best of them all. Stay here! You will be very very happy and comfortable.

There was a blank glass door that doesn’t open, my wife (whose vision is impaired) walked into that night non-door) seriously injuring her nose and left eye. The Hotel immediately after the incident put doors in front of the glass disguising the cause of the accident!! They were afraid of a Lawsuit, but Refused any serious remedial concession on price of rental, etc! I should add that lower echelons of staff were helpful with bandages and sympathy!

The attention of the staff that attends was excellent, very understandable, all very attentive.

The hotel was truly wonderful – the location ideal, the rooms clean, breakfast was tasty and most important the staff. The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient.

new appartment, very well equiped, 15 min walk to metro

The owner is very nice and polite but her English is not very good. The location is ok, just a few metro stops away from the city centre or a 20 mins walk. Supermarkets bars and cafes are round the corner too

Staff was friendly, spoke good English, and made sure we were comfortable. There were even some free creature comforts, like Ramen and disposable razors. The guesthouse was in a marvelous location, right near the Hangik University line.

Service is very good. All the staffs at reception areas are quite helpful.

Were in the heart of lovely cafes and shops and so close the metro. Great location for Paris

Excellent facilities for a family of 5 with young children, very helpful and pleasant nightime reception (helping to arrange cabs, etc), daytime not so much (checked in at 1 pm, room not ready (no issue there as I knew per website check in occurs after 3), rudely refused use of ‘staff’ restroom, had to use Starbucks next door- not cool after a 3 hr drive, thought staff could have been a bit more accomadating.

The building and decor are beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous.

– Really, really nice staff; – Good bedroom and bathroom; – Close to the metro station.

The location is really prime as it very near St Pancrass station which is a major jumping off place for the rail links to Europe. We didn’t actually need this as our next stay was down in Dorset, but if you were going to Europe you can virtually wheel your luggage strait down the street to the train. Even though transport is so close it was very quite in the room.

Nice bathroom, very spacious with both a shower and a tub. Good location for sightseeing.

Fantastic staff. Really helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Anna on breakfasts was superb, as was the girl on reception when we arrived (didn’t see her name badge) Comfortable double bed, and a really good breakfast on the roof terrace the next day.

The facilities were very well maintained and the service was excellent.

Great location to stay – between night bazar and the old town. Very nice setting and cute rooms. Bicycles for rent (we got them for free, low season).
