The owner is very helpfull and friendly person. Thank you so much for your help and pleasant atmosphere. And special thanks from my nine years old son for very tasty breakfast. He asked to write about it in the comments and we share his oppinion. The room is clean and big enough for three person. The location is very good, very close to the BTS metro station (easy to get to Bayok Sky Hotel, Siam Paragon, Central World, Central Big C), to Lumpini Park (just 50 THB by taxi), to the China Town (50 THB by taxi). It takes just 10-15 minutes to get to Sathorn boat station by foot.

Location is excellent. Staff were happy and friendly. Rooftop was excellent. All around excellent experience with my wife and our 3 children

Goede ontvangst door Irena in een schoon en ruim appartement. Modern, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, mooi ingericht. Ondanks dat het in het centrum ligt is het met de ramen dicht zeer stil binnen. Fijne douche. Goed uitgeruste keuken. De ligging is echt perfect, alles op loopafstand. De communicatie via mail verliep uitstekend.

Super convenient! Loved the location and the amenities. Room was just right for my family- not as small as some of the reviews I read. The lounge at B2 Highly recommended.

The managers of the hostel are very friendly, they help you with everything they can, and the location is wonderful!

Spacious large apartments, big and comfortable beds. Everything is clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. A lot of facilities located inside the hotel. Value for money.

My room (308) was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite shower and toilet was very good. There were two bedside tables with drawers and two bedside lamps. Also a table + 1 chair and a wardrobe (with lots of hangers + a small size safe and a wall mounted flat screen TV set with digital box (but no channels in English).

our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) only stayed here one night as it was booked the next night. Fantastic location in an alley off the main drag so quiet at night yet just steps away from markets, street food, and all the action.We stayed in 4 locations in Ho chi minh city and this was the best for" eating "choices! Breakfast had great iced coffee and their omeletes and baguette are a good choice.

Breakfast was really nice with fresh orange juice and you can have it until 12pm – perfect. We had the "Junior Suite" which was nice and had enough space. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great to explore the city – we really like staying there. Overall the room rate is a little high in my opinion.

Staff was excellent through our first phone conversation to checkout. Parking was behind a gate and we always had a spot. Key word is large: two large bedrooms, large combination kitchen living room, large bathroom, three plasma TVs, large and free breakfast, large pool, huge balcony, less than five minute walk from the beach. Hotel provides free clean towels for use at the pool or beach. Front desk staff was very helpful and cleaning staff was amazing and friendly. Pool area was always clean, 24/7. Great value for the location and provisions. We were very impressed.

Great position, close to the city center (walking distance) just in front of the train station santa maria novelle. The lobby and the room were full of design spot and fully refurbished. The staff have worked to realize all i need, i appriciated the cooperation to prepare a special surprise for my wife’s wedding.

Great location on the palm with access to Riva beach club , the concierge are very friendly and will help you out. The agent that manages the property on behalf of bespoke is very helpful , Elina was easy to contact through what’s app and was very obliging. Our flight was at 2:15am the following morning after checkout and she she allowed us to stay in our room till 11:30pm the day of checkout which was usually in the morning, this was when our transfer was collecting us. It was a huge help especially after being out the whole day we could come back to the apartment freshen up and then take our very long flight home relaxed. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again on our next trip to Dubai. Bed super comfortable and towels fresh

The hotel is very good located if you want to be in the middle of Khao San and all the backpacker happenings. Even though the street is extremely busy the rooms are quiet. There is a thai night club on the ground and first floor but we stayed on the second and did not hear anything from there. The staff is really welcoming and helpfull.

It was a comfortamble quiet clean and near the metro station!!

I booked La Residenza for my parents for just one night after they concluded a tour. The tour included 5-star accomodation and, if I were to book an additional night at the hotel they were staying at down the street (Regina Hotel Baglioni), it would have cost $650+ for one night. I’m incredibly glad I booked the La Residenza because the price was one third of that and the room was more comfortable!

The apartment is very well located, quiet,, big and the area is very safe.

Hotel is in a great location for re proximity to Tube and not far out of London Staff were very helpful on check in Rooms are clean and well maintained

– beds were super comfy – clean, Power outlet and lamp was conveniently placed in your bunk – friendly staff

It was a superb location to city center and easy with tram options, and, my main reason to stay there was to be close to the hospital across the street. So all in all perfect for my needs!

The staff was very friendly and the 24h reception was very helpful.

Good location, handy for shops, restaurants, train stations.

It was easy to get to the hotel. The hotel is right next to the city centre, the main square is just five minutes walking distance. The hotel receptionists are very kind and helpful. The parking is in the backyard of the hotel and your car will be safe there, there is no public access to the lot. Leaving parking lot seemed to be a difficult task, but a very helpful hotel employee jumped in without asking and helped us to drive backwards safely.

Everything is nearby hotel. And it’s like own home

Great hotel,has a lot of character.A bit old but the room was large and clean.The stuff was friendly and the location was perfect right in the center of Budapest with lots of shops and cafes near by!

The property is in a very good location very close to the Piazza San Marco and other sights. Easy to walk around to take in all that Venice can offer. Easy to get the water bus to the other islands a must do is a visit to Murano see the glass being made then have a walk round much quieter than the main area.

The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful even though he does not speak English, we always had a smile for us, helpful tips, and we were able to have nice chats with him with our limited Spanish. The rooms were comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped and we felt at home. The location is the best feature!

This place is very close to the Turkish neighborhood and public transport

Hotel package provided variety of breakfast choices. Tasty and fast serving. Staff was helpful.

The service at this hotel was EXCELLENT!!! No matter what time I asked for them to do something they were always very accommodating. I had a wonderful time at this location. The staff was excellent. The food was delicious. The concierge even called my tour company at 5am when the tour company was 10 minutes late. !!!! I would stay there again.

The crew were fantastic and always able to help 24/7. If the people you stay with are respectable of the people surrounding them it can be a good experience and a nice way to meet some people during your travels. Never had to wait to use the shared bathrooms, they were clean and just a few meters away from my bed.

The hostel is very well located, clean room, the reception is perfect and value for money correct.

The breakfast in the hotel was phenomenal. Staff was extremely friendly too. The hotel was literally right next to a JR train station.

I selected this hotel because of the historic architecture and antique furnishings. They did not disappoint. I was upgraded to a corner room on the 5th floor. I really appreciated this as I was on a romantic rendezvous with my special friend. We were going to try the restaurant, but never left the room!

The room was clean and furniture new. The staff is very helpful and positive. Wifi is good. Close to the metro station and taksim square.

First of all, fantastic location in the downtown near the Palazzo Bargello. Every morning, I was awakened by beautiful bells of the Badia Fiorentina. It took me 5-7 minutes to reach the Duomo and The Ufizzi. I stayed one week in the apartment with all necessary facilities, including a kitchen corner. I highly recommend this B&B to all arts lovers, since all great Florence destinations are round the corner. Last but not least, the owner of the B&B – Sg. Remo was extremely helpful and kind!

Terrace in each room, breakfast on the roof terrace, it is not far to el mio station Universidades.

Exceptionally friendly staff, very nice modern rooms. Staff at the bar / restaurant were great. The proximity to the Les Halles shops can’t be beat and the RER is literally steps from the front door.

The staff members speak fluent English, which is convenient for us. Also very friendly and engage us into conversation, giving us helpful tips on where to go. We also came to like the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and bath soap) provided for us. My hair was manageable during the humid days we spent going around Osaka.

Location very central being ideally placed to walk to all major attractions. Staff always very helpful.

I loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony

Lots of choice at breakfast. Great gym, pool and sauna facilities. Big, comfortable rooms.
