Great staff really useful Good restaurant good location
All staffs are very very kind and fully skilled. Room was sooo clean and quiet. Location is little bit far from main central station because there is hill but this hotel is worth it. Actuallyy sister lost her grey cardigan when we checked out. We don’t even realized that but hotel send us e-mail about our cloth. It was so impressed. And I feel that they have strong responsibility for customer. It was great memory. Thanks to all staffs 🙂
Excellent service,friendly staff to help. Easy to reach everywhere by walking. The room is clean and with a special style. It was a very nice experience.
The breakfast was typical Brazilian and of decent quality. The hotel location is good. We walked to the main plaza of the town where the cathedral is, there are many restaurants nearby, and the staff are pleasant and speak English. Unlike most Brazilian cities, Florianopolis is relatively safe, so you can walk around with ease. There is a large shopping mall just adjacent to the hotel. Internet worked well.

Millie and Andreis were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and kind. They spent a half hour with us showing us the apartment which was beautiful and spotless, with FOUR bathrooms, how to use the appliances including clothes washing machine, maps of the neighborhood, suggestions for getting around, where to eat, what to do etc. They even gave us a what’s app ID to use to communicate with them if we needed anything. (They also gave us phone numbers home and cell I think, but we had no cell service because we couldn’t get a sim card). They allowed us to leave our suitcases there after checkout so we could tour the city without the baggage before our flight home. We stayed in 5 different places during our visit to Peru and this was the best of them all. Stay here! You will be very very happy and comfortable.
There was a blank glass door that doesn’t open, my wife (whose vision is impaired) walked into that night non-door) seriously injuring her nose and left eye. The Hotel immediately after the incident put doors in front of the glass disguising the cause of the accident!! They were afraid of a Lawsuit, but Refused any serious remedial concession on price of rental, etc! I should add that lower echelons of staff were helpful with bandages and sympathy!
