Comfortable, location excellent (near tram stop was very handy), quiet, clean and a good off street parking arrangement. Good value.

Very helpful, I arrived very early (around 7:30am) due to flight, no choice but went to hotel. We love the rooms. It allowed us to relax and rest. The kitchen is nice. We were able to eat in instead of going out all the time.

Breakfasts are varied and really tasty (true highlight of our stay)

Very very close to the Obelisco and very convenient, several minutes’ walk to a big supermarket across from the arguably widest road in the world. The hot water came out quickly of the shower and bathroom amenities were provided. Breakfast was included in the rate and the staff was helpful.

The location is very very good and the stand up shower are unfortunately the only 2 things I liked at this hotel. There was a young lady at the front desk that was very nice and helpful. I did travel to Geneva and they kindly kept one of my luggages with them. I did come back to pick it up a few days later and she was very kind and to ask me if I would be staying with them again.

Super comfortable bed and the temperature of the room was perfect for sleeping (which usually is not the case in every hotel!), very good breakfast.

Great facilities and location. Amazing rooms for its cost.

Value for money is good and rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff is generally ok with the exception of a few which require training on courtesy to customers.

Our room was tiny but very French so we were delighted. It served us very well. The gentleman on duty when we arrived was marvellous. He gave us a map and walked us through getting around Paris and things we should do in 2 days. Very useful.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, Frindly staff, clan and cozy rooms

Very Nice and new interiors especially bathroom is stylish, clean and neat.

The man who helped take my luggage to the room was very nice. The elevator was operational.

I am not sure on the procedure for housekeeping that I left the room at 5.00 am and came back at 3.00 pm, my room is not clean yet. Which is ok for me as my room wasn’t dirty overall.

Very nice and cosy appartment. Close to nice local restaurants and still very silent.

The hotel is very clean and the owners are amazing, they made us feel like family. Always here to help with anything you need they walked us everywhere and where so kind. Breakfast in the morning is great too. The tramstop is only 5 min walk and you reach the grand bazar in 5 min too. The rooms are beautifully decorated and you have everything you need. Defintly stay here if you choose to visit Istanbul!

Great location , nice balcony with marina view many resturants with marina view & carefour are waliing distance

The instruction how to access the apartment and what you can use there – is just awesome. Very clean, tidy, there’s everything you need. Location – just 5 min walk from the mail square.

We loved the breakfast (it has the simplest ingredients, but it really is delicious). The garden is beautiful and the whole place is indeed an oasis in the middle of too busy (for us) Ubud. The room was very comfortable. They organized tours for us so we could see the loveliest rice fields and the temples and we also had the chance to taste both Indonesian and Thai durian during one of the day trips. Putu and Wayan are the best hosts, willing to help with whatever someone might need.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Staff and people who stayed there were nice. Hostel’s first floor has a bar which has really beautiful ambience.

The location is excellent and parts of the hotel are very grand and impressive. Staff were good.

The location of being across the street from the south door of the LA convention center is awesome! The fitness center was quiet.

This room advertise as coffee in room, there was no coffee. the location and room was great, however breakfast very average the other issue this is in a dead end street was not happy about that.

We liked the hotel and the service provided by the hotel staff

I liked the gardens, breakfast. There is a lot of nature around, it is a peaceful place.

Location as excellent, as was design of apartment. Two bed/bath suites.

Location-200m to Bayswater Had everything you needed

Comfortable and clean. 15 minutes walk to interesting main St.

The house was really beautiful and interesting. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Definitely out of the beaten path and worth it.

The employees are the best. So friendly, so helpful, so punctual. It’s in a typical old Hutong which we like. Plus we had room 115 with the special bed.

Excellent location and helpful staff.Roof terrace is an added bonus.Value for money was good but prices now seem to be increasing which will need to be monitored in the future.

The room we had was pool side and was amazing to have this right at our door. Added bonus to have our own table to eat at for breakfast. Complimentary prosecco and complimentary ice tea!

Nice big room, with a lot of space for luggage and walking around. Special bonus – a table with two chairs so you can have a glass of beer sitting up :-)). Right in the middle of Gion, walking distance to most of the shrines and temples. Good food all around. The staff was really helpful and the hotel is much nicer than expected.

Location close to St Pancras station(5 min. walk as well as to the tube station on central line. Close to Hyde Park for a stroll and a rest in the sun. we liked the fact that we could have a meal/snack in the room with the kitchenette, in the hotel bar you may find breakfast food in the morning to have in your room. loved to have my early morning coffee with the Nespresso machine :)) The washing up was done by the hotel staff

There are alot of restaurants near by and the tram was across the street.

One of the best breakfasts I ever had, with plenty of choice. I liked the fact that there were apples available at the reception – nice touch.

Very friendly and helpful owner made our stay extra special. Great recommentation for the family run restaurant, best meal we had in Croatia. Excellent location.
