Very good price for excellent location- steps to metro and walking distance to Sao Bento train station, tourist attractions, shops and good restaurants. Extremely helpful staff, giving out directions and making calls to places to find out if and when open on a holiday. Has a free computer available and kindly printed out car rental and plane reservations without charge. Very clean. €5 buffet breakfast is good with breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal, cheese, ham etc. Definitely a place to stay when you want a good price that meets a traveler’s needs. My one negative is the pillows are filled with cut out foam making them lumpy and hard. Sorry used by own internet so can not speak to the adequacy of the hotel’s free WiFi.
The staff were very nice, helped me with a phone charger as I forgot mine, the room was comfortable and bathroom was great in an ideal location
Value for the money – no BS just a good place to stay for the night, very close to Trindad metro station, and just in walking distance to stuff we would like to see in Port. The hotel is not new and fancy… But again : value for money.

Terrible 2 stars hotel without comfort. No curtains on window. No toiletry. If yiu use there soap 5 euro charge. Have never seen somethinf like that. Breakfast fir 5 euro much betrer outside in caffe. Same price. Just lication in the hear on city center. 1 night clise eyes. No more.
The central location was excellent – easy to walk to most places. It was clean, the staff were helpful, and even though the room faces the busy Main Street it was quiet. Excellent value for money.
Good basic accommodation – comfortable, good air conditioning, friendly staff, daily cleaning service.
The location was excellent! Close to everything, including sites to see and restaurants. Had an excellent view! Cleanliness was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The air conditioning worked wonderfully!
