Great location, perfect apartment for 4 people, nice corner where you can spend some time in the evenings, quiet location despite the proximity to city attractions, very close to restaurants, bars
Beautiful place in an old building in the maze of the Ribeira alleyways. We felt like locals. Modern deco, all the facilities we needed, Wifi, comfy beds. Close to all the sights. The owner was very friendly, although we didn’t realise it is cash only, and he had to wait while we ran to an ATM. We stay in Porto regularly, and this is great value for money considering the location.
Excellent location in the heart of the city up a narrow cobble alley. Directly in the heart of the action, you really get the feel of living in a city like this. Owners very helpful and pleasant on our arrival.

Fab location! The host came to meet us when we arrived and we had some port waiting for us. Accommodation was lovely. Comfy bed and lovely freshly washed smell on the sheets. Kitchen was excellent and the overall feel of the place was lovely. We weren’t flying until late so the host let us stay until 4pm which was helpful.
Apartment is near most famous places, just 1 min by foot, it still you feel yourself like local, as it is very authentic
Location was perfect, if a little tricky to find as the road on Google maps bears no relation to where it actually is! To find – head up Ribeira on the right hand side towards a pedestrian access heading north from the river, take the alley on the right just before the ice cream shop then turn right at the top of the stairs, then left after the old house.
Central location and reasonable price. Not as noisy as we feared.
Fantastic location, friendly and helpful owner, great value. Pay in cash on arrival – so sorry that we didn’t notice this on the booking.com page and had to pay for the last night later as we hadn’t come prepared.
