The room that you advertised on booking.com said it was for 2adults and 2 kids. When we arrived they told us the room only had 1bed and was not for four people. They charged us an additional 33$ for another room. A fifty percent increase in the price. I’m not sure if it’s your fault, or their fault. But it is a shady way to do business.
Right in the city, right on the water. We were traveling to Tulum, so just stayed one quick night because taking ADO to Tulum next morning. Clean, beautiful and neat. Felt very tropical in restaurant area.

The food the room and that the hotel was basically beachfront was very very nice.
I liked almost everything of the hotel. Nice breakfast, Enough to start the day. The beach is right in front of the restaurant and the beach club. I just visited it for breakfast.
Really close to all the action in Playa del Carmen. It’s on the beach and just a block away from the famous 5th ave (Quinta avenida). Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
All employees are amazing, I told them it was my 11th anniversary and than lupe clean and decorate my room very nice, it was great moment when we are come back from the beach and see tha great surprise, Edna from the front desk is very helpful and very sweet and they have Bruno the dog is so cute and big. Breakfast was ok and the people in the restaurant and bar great too. Thank you everyone for everything.
