The location of this hotel is excellent. Only 2-3 minutes walk from the beach, but still located right on the main street, close to the pier and ferry to Cozumel and the ADO bus station.
Very nice boutique hotel right on 5th Ave. rooms were very nice, clean AC was working well, and it wasn’t too loud at all given that the hotel is in the middle of the action on 5th Ave. Friendly staff.
Location and value. You are on 5th Ave and within walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and attentive and available 24hrs. Although the property is not on the beach, they have a couple of options to use two beach clubs near by and beach towels are available.
The location was great; the property is located in the heart of 5th Ave and within walking distance to everything. The staff was really friendly and available 24hrs. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning every day. If you are looking for a quiet night don’t stay here, the clubs and restaurants across the street play music until 2AM. It didn’t bother us one bit because we were looking to be in that area and we were so tired every night that we didn’t mind the noise.

I liked the staff. Friendly and very very helpful. Aaron the front desk clerk helped us tremendously with restaurant recommemdations and local hotspots. He was awesome. Hotel was centrally located.
If you like to be in the midst of the action, this is a good location. The beach is super close and I recommend Wah-Wah which at on 2nd Street and 5th Avenue. The Staff is outstanding. Jimena, the GM, is off the charts hospitable as is the other staff. I didn’t get everyone’s names but I do recall Aaron who checked me out at 4AM for an early flight. Again, great staff!
