The staff were great, friendly, helpful, the beds just right and the hotel is close to everything in the old quarters.
The hotel is in a great location within Hanoi’s old quarter. You’re very much a part of all the sights, smells sounds and scooters! Our room was very comfortable and had good facilities including a lock box. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help you. For example My friend and I went to Sapa and did not want to take our big suitcases so the Chic kept our bags then collected us from the station upon our return and took us to the airport. We were so grateful for that as it saved us a lot of stress.
The staff was really helpful! They helped us organisate two trips, and between them they gave us the opportunity to borrow a room for resting etc when we came back. The breakfast was also nice and the hotel had a good location!

Staff were very chatty and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Good local information a well. 2 queen beds, so had a bit more space than we expected. Beds were comfy.
Central situation in the old Hanoi near Hoan Kiem lake. Fine facilitet, god breakfast and especially the professionel, helpfull and friendly staff Moon, Lan, Phu, Linda and Nuke. Be aware to ordner the right rooms, the "superior-room" is without Windows, if you want Windows you must order "deluxe-rooms" – we did that mistanke but Moon in the reception was very helpfull to chance our reservation 👍😉🇻🇳

Location in Old Quarter was perfect though roads are very, very busy and noisy – get a room at the back if you want a quiet stay. Staff were wonderful and so helpful.
