Awesome customer service through our entire stay. All the staff were very knowledgeable on recommendations of tours, places to eat and very accommodating to helping us find out any information required. Special thanks to Julia in customer services she was great, and to Sunny, Daniel and Andy who all made our stay extra special. The hotel is clean, rooms comfortable and centrally located. Would definitely recommend staying here and visiting again!

We had an amazing experience staying at Delano Hotel on the last night of our Vietnam trip. Hotel has a good location, clean rooms and excellent breakfast buffet. However, what made our experience outstanding was the staff (Julie, Linh, Peter, Seven). They reached out to us on whatsapp ahead of our trip, and were available for any questions during our stay in Vietnam, giving tips and sharing local insights for places to visit. They made sure we experience everything there is to experience for a foreigner in Hanoi during the short time we stayed at the hotel. Their approach to customers is something unseen even in 5 star hotels around the world. We cannot think of anything that would make our stay at the hotel better or more memorable and it exceeded our expectations. We have no reason to look to a different hotel whenever we stay in Hanoi in the future. Thank you.

The hotel staff were excellent and so helpful. On our second night they upgraded us to a beautiful suite with living room. Totally unexpected although it was our 30th wedding anniversary and they wished we had told them befotehand so they could have prepared our first room for the occasion. How lovely!!
