it was at the center of crowded Ubud but it was so quiet. The room was very nice with tiny balcany. The room decoration is very good and so comfy also clean.

Staff Wayan and Nana were fabulous throughout our stay. Pool was suitable when required. Location ideal on Monkey Forest road, with shops, restaurants etc about 800m left and right of where Adi Cottage is. Breakfast ok, not many options compared to what were used to but quantity and quality good. Could probably have breads, spreads and cereal available especially for kids. Wifi good. Twin room 101 had comfortable king single beds.

The staff was great and very helpful. All we needed they provided. The room was big and clean. Location is great, plenty of restaurants around.

The hotel is very central to everything on Monkey Forrest Road. the Reception staff are very welcoming and the breakfast was varied and good.

Well, the location of hotel is in the middle of shopping area

Cozy courtyard with a small pool and some sun beds. Super friendly staff that helped us with booking day trips and taxis. The hotel was located 10 minutes walking distance from the monkey forest and lay next to several restaurants, bars and shops.

We hired a driver (Wayan), for the day, recommended by Nana the receptionist, he was excellent. We made up our own itinerary and he had very helpful suggestions at each stop which made for an excellent day of touring.

Location is pretty central. Via del Corso has a lot of shops and the hotel is near Spanish steps. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Bathroom is clean but small. Security code to get into the building and to each floor makes you feel secure. Breakfast was great- eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt and pastries. They have a coffee/ latte machine outside of the kitchen that you can access to make some coffee or hot water for tea.

The place is really pretty and quiet. The owner was really nice. The place was clean and we felt welcomed. We had a very nice stay.

The landlord was very friendly and nice, breakfast was very good , location was very centeral

Great breakfast options every morning! Good location and even a beautiful spa right next door. Laundry service available and the staff will help you with any questions or enquiries. Very peaceful location but very close to Ubud market and the main streets.

The kind of place that really makes you feel at home right away. And then the pancakes! They should give lessons to other guesthouses all over Indonesia.

Good breakfast and very nice staff. You meet the other guests during breakfast.

Amazing people, very helpful, and they speak quite good English. The place really gives a feeling, that you are in a homestay. You see children playing around etc. Positive, that even though it is down town, it is quiet. One small note, that the room with poolview is right next to the reception. So more fair would be the term receptionview. Since the place has only few room the traffic a the reception is close to zero. So it didn’t bother me at all. And actually you see the pool too

Beautiful home stay in the middle of Ubud very close to Monkey forest road. The family room was excellent and Mario is a great host. Great breakfast with plenty of options.

Absolutely amazing stay! My friends and I arrived to be welcomed in right away with welcoming drinks. Our rooms were absolutely perfect, The first two rooms on ground level. We enjoyed our nights, sitting in the chairs in front of the rooms. The property is extremely peaceful, shared with other families. The rooms were very clean, fresh sheets, clean bathroom and ample space for us and all of our luggage. For the price, this property was a steal. ALSO comes with complimentary breakfast. They give you a time frame but if you have to leave earlier, they will wake up early with you to make you breakfast. The staff was extremely accommodating, we wanted to take a trip to Nusa and they found us an amazing deal for the 4 of us by boat WITH transportation from the hotel in Bali to the hotel in Nusa. 10/10 would recommend! thank you!

I like the view from the other swimming pool. It’s beautiful and peaceful. Seems like we are in the middle of nowhere

Great location, Ubud and Monkey Forest within walking distance. Quiet and rooms very large. Offers shuttle services to Ubud centre as well as organising drivers for trips to the surrounding attractions.

The location was good but took a little while to find as the booking.com location did not match with the GPS. The pools were nice although quite deep for young children and the hotel grounds were beautiful. Staff friendly and the free shuttle bus into the center of Ubud was a bonus.

The pool with a view over the rice field was the only big plus I can grant to this property. The shuttle service was very good and the drivers helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovey grounds. Clean and tidy room and an additional extra decoration for our honeymoon which made it that little bit more special.

Everything. The location is great, walking distance of the Monkey Forest and all the nice restaurants. The hotel also has transportation to take the guests to the Rice Terraces and other parts of Ubud. The rooms are really spacious and with everything you may need (mini bar, Kettle, coffee, tea, and water). The Hotel garden is beautiful and the view from one of the pools is just amazing, facing the rice fields. Breakfast very good and the staff was always very nice and very helpfull. Definitely if I go back to Ubud this is the hotel where I would like to stay again.

The views around the property breathtaking. The property is very calm and quiet. The staff very warm and very prompt in their service. It is very very clean and well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms spacious. The pool is clean too. A great place to enjoy with family, for couple or friends.

In the first night we had rock hard pillows – we asked for softer one and got some! Great pools! They have a shuttle every hour to Ubud centre or wherever you want to go in Ubud.

It’s the same everyday.. you have to choose from a list of 6 things.. and after a week you get bored

The landscape is spectacular, the decoration, the attention.

In a burgeoning slew of modern resorts trying to outdo each other in Bali, this property is strong on authenticity and old school charm with real friendly and professional people always at your service.

very beautiful setting. looking out over a valley, the service excellent and breakfast was a sheer delight. ideal location for an overnight stay when visiting Ubud.

Very quiet and nice boutique hotel in the centre of Ubud. Wonderful view from the room on the ricefields. Nice pool and pampering staff.

The hotel is ideally situated on one of Ubud’s main streets with shops all around. Because it goes back far you don’t hear street noise at all at night. Staff are friendly and helpful and learn your name off by heart, which is slightly disconcerting at first. I got a free upgrade to a villa with private pool – it was lovely, spacious, with a huge outside verandah in addition to the pool.

This was one of my most memorable stays in a hotel worldwide. Our boutique suite was large, nicely designed, and well equipped. The tropical garden, though not very big, makes you feel like in paradise. The swimming pool is of reaonable size. The personell was extremely nice and helpful. And I strongly advise not to miss the wonderful (served) breakfast.

The grounds were spectacular with stunning trees & blossoms, beautifully lit at night. The bedrooms were so luxurious & comfortable & they had Apple TV. The staff were so helpful & friendly. The hotel’s location in the heart of Ubud meant we could walk everywhere. My husband thought the massage in the spa was top class

The welcome and the room absolutely wowed us and it was certainly the most beautiful hotel we stayed in during our trip. The view from the room over the rice fields was lovely. The pool setting is great and the location is perfect as you can walk anywhere. The hotel is like a quiet oasis in the middle of busy Ubud. Try their ginger tea and ginger beer – so yum.

The place is located in the heart of Ubud and has got a really nice vibe to it. The staff (especially Tom and Rocky) are the most amazing people who really make you feel welcome and give you all the information you need + really nice breakfast. We have re-booked this house 3 times in a row changing the original plan of travelling around as this pace was so friendly, peaceful, comfortable in the hearth of Bali from where we could discover the whole island on a scooter.

The room was really nice, had a cute terrace where we could eat our breakfast every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we hired a moped from them and they arranged a volcano trek tour for us. When we got back, they still gave us breakfast even though it was half an hour past the cut off time.

The best place in Beograd, I have searched more than 600 apartments and choosed this and very satisfied! Owners are very pleasant and hospitable! In this appart you feel as you are at home, everything is very clean, there is all necessary (kitchen, pans, kitchen accessories, shampoo, gels, towels and even a bathrobe!) Very convenient bed, a new bathroom, a living room is also very cozy and have a fine balcony with a beautiful view!The apartment situated directly in the center, nearby there are 2 shops and cafe. If we come to Belgrade, then will stop only here!I advise this Appart to everyone!

Lovely villa, amazing private swimming pool, everything was extremely clean. The best: Owner and rest of staff very helpful and kind, they will make your stay as pleasant as they can. I would repeat 100% sure!!

The villa was really nice. A private pool, lounge area and the bathroom had an open ceiling. The location was quiet and made for a nice ride or walk into the best part of Ubud. The staff we amazingly nice. Very friendly.

This was a last minute booking and we were thrilled with this one-bedroom villa. Beautiful, minimalist decor and super comfortable king bed in a safe and private little part of Penestanan – which has access to brilliant restaurants just outside of the bustle of downtown Ubud. Good sized pool in a lovely tropical garden and a large open-air shower / hot tub. Buda and Kadek were both genuinely friendly and really helpful: very good vibes! We’d definitely stay again: sulsma!

I liked the hospitality of fhe staff and the clean environment, the bathroom is king sized and they clean and tide the villa every day! Location is good, however you need to walk 5 mins to the Villa from the main road, but the way there is very nice.

Villa was really really nice. Welcoming drink was fresh coconut :). Lot of space (big bathroom with wonderful roofless shower and bathtub. Bedroom with air conditioning +++, lot of space and safe locker. Two doors (lockables) from bedroom to yard and private swimmingpool. Beautiful yard with flowers and plants. Place was really really nice! 2 km to Ubud centre (once we walk) and you can rent scooter or use taxi. We used taxi. (Cheapest taxi cost 50 000 to ubud centre). Definitely we will book again if we go to Bali.

The hosts and the villa are excellent. The price-quality rate is very goed. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms for four persons is very nice. You can walk in two minutes to a very good warung.

Staff really very friendly and helpful. The directions for getting around Medellin are very useful.

Royal Jepun is a small traditional style hotel with a true Bali feel. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool & friendly staff.

Very nice boutique accommodation very clean and comfortable with great staff and a nice pool. Great value.

The room was large, comfortable bed, loved the outdoor showers and toilet with a lovely garden, nice touch. The gardens were lovely, staff very sweet and friendly. Nice restaurants and local food stalls nearby, located away from the tourist hustle of Ubud township.

Not the handiest location but that was my fault as we wanted to stay close to the East Coast park. Beautifully decorated room, nice pool area and delicious breakfast every morning. Staff were very nice and helpful. We got a smartphone to use during our stay which meant not searching desperately for wifi when we wanted to check something or find where we were – what a great idea!

Nice and big room with private garden and pool. Amazing and huge bed. Nice ricefield view. Good breakfast and fabulous juices.

We stayed in the one bedroom private villa with pool, absolutely heavenly. So spacious, well designed and truly private. The gardens throughout and also in our villa were beautiful. The bed is the biggest we’ve ever slept in, everything felt good quality. Our pool/garden area overlooked the rice fields which I loved compared to some of the others that were just walled. The staff are so attentive and we shared many laughs – thank you for taking such good care of us. Laundry and room service spot on. Food is good, the traditional food much better than the western. The fresh juices you get at breakfast (any fruit you can think of in any combination you want) wonderful!

Beautiful traditional Balinese accommodation surrounded by lush tropical trees and plants and pretty streams and ponds with fish. Hotel adjacent to rice fields. Friendly, helpful staff. Room lovely. Bed very comfortable. Excellent Air conditioning. Hotel offered many half day and one day inexpensive private trips. We booked a half day trip which ended up lasting six hours for 650,000 rupiah’s which equates to approx. £35.00. Our driver was very knowledgeable, accommodating and spoke very good English which made for an enjoyable trip.

The construction of the room is very beautiful. The bath room was very spacious and airy. Staff was very courteous. Enjoyed the waterfall sound around the room giving you the feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city and living in the woods. Overall wonderful experience.

The staff were great, the breakfast included was amazing too! The location was nice and peaceful and the rooms very just as they look online! I’d go back for sure.

Villa with Private Pool is totally worth it! Outstanding service from the staff.

Good location, very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was clean but we had small cockroaches in the bathroom which was not so nice. The breakfast is nothing special but its ok for a start in the day and a sightseeing tour.
