Guest house is located just near rice fields and jungles in a quiet place near the busy city center. The location is perfect. However, The room itself looks tired, with cracks, shower was partially broken. Stuff was friendly, but changing too often.
Classy and quality built villa with high ceilings and nicely fitted out, very clean and very comfortable including the bed. Breakfast 7/10 (for Bali guesthouse standard). Very quiet and peaceful location literally surrounded by rice field. Very pleasant in morning for breakfast and quiet for sleeping.
The manager is very nice and take care very good of his guests. The garden is really beautifull. The restaurent is very convenient. So, good place to stay.
Great and quite location, just a 5min walk to the busy streets of Ubud. Beautiful, clean and big rooms! We felt very comfortable. Breakfast was a fruit platter and the choice of banana pancakes or omelette. Not much, but very tasty! We would come here again.

Room was lovely, clean and spacious – bed was very comfy! Breakfast was delicious (ask for the brown pancake) and was lovely having it brought up to you on the balcony!
For everybody who wants a good stay for a economic price and a place that borders to the rice fields and is very quiet but even 2 minutes by feet from the crowd away, it should be the perfect accomodation. Also the stuff is always ready to answer some questions or help you to pull your moto out of the street. Also only to have good conversation. The breakfast is not the richest but always enough to start the day and is served, when the realized you are awoke, to you private terazze or balkony. Bali Coffe, plate of fresh fruits and pancake with butter and jam.
Everything looked like on the pictures. Not super duper clean and not brand new, but good for the price. Air condition worked fine, calm area yet close to restaurant/bar streets, breakfast on own balcony which was escpecially nice. Breakfast was not a lot but okay and freshly prepared (usually one banana pancake + fruits and tee/coffee).
The staff were so friendly and helpful,the breakfast on the balcony was great and the location in the peace was lovely. Highly reccomended
The room was bright and clean. There are also utensils to prepare your own food. It’s a very calm place where you can relax in the middle of the city.
