Loved the friendliness of the staff, the complimentary afternoon tea, the delicious included breakfast, the big pool, and the palatial size of our room! Also loved the free shuttle around town, this was so handy. We did the Mt Batur Hike through the hotel and this was great and easy to arrange.
The property was beautiful and staff were amazing. You really get the value of what your spending.
The view was amazing, the inhotel spa facilities and food were great and inexpensive. All staff were helpful and the free shuttles everywhere were great with kids.
Great resort located just out of Ubud city center. Spacious rooms overlooking rice fields. Resort offers free shuttles around Ubud so it’s really easy to get around. Monkey forest is located just cross the fields from the resort. We stayed here for 8 days and really enjoyed every moment of it.
You pay for what you get…on this occasion what I go was more for what I paid for…stayed in the terrace rice field view room which was huge for the price…view was nice with a big balcony…there was a soccer tournament going on each day of out stay which was loud but bearable was it was wrapped up late afternoon and when sat in the room with air con you couldn’t hear…staff were friendly and always willing to help..free shuttle from 8-10pm to markets when want and free pick up…also gave me a lift to Ubud fitness centre and picked me up for free, great service….bed was very comfortable as well which was a pleasant surprise… two pools, salt water and smaller one I did not rate at all and was pretty boring..the bigger one was great and enjoyed having a wallow…

Comfy bed and private beautiful patio with amazing statuary. Most amazing staff. Super clean and quiet Great Balinese decor. Could not have asked for better. And a varied and great breakfast included.
Love Greenfields. The rooms are beautiful, so large, marble floors so nice and cool with the most beautiful rice field views. Huge verandahs. Just love the rooms. The pools are nice too. Great location so close to nice restaurants and spas and everything you could want. Airport transfer is reasonable and available pretty much instantly. Free shuttle any time of day up until 10:00pm at night was so convenient.
Spacious room with lovely view, overlooking the paddy fields. Staff wee splendid, friendly, and efficient, within hours of heavy rain that brought many palm leaves down outside our terrace they wee cleared which summed up the tidiness, cleanliness and attention to detail. Despite being very close to busy road it’s so peaceful all we heard was the paddy field wildlife, great location only ten minutes stroll to the yoga barn. Previous negative reviews of breakfast seem somewhat harsh as we found it plentiful, with Asian and western alternatives. Massage treatments at the spa were splendid and very reasonably priced. Our stay was so pleasing we returned on the day of checkout for an extra 3 days after finding our next local port of call despite being of higher spec (more expensive and non cancellable) just didn’t feel as good .
Very comfy beds, really good room and hotel design and very helpful and friendly staff.
