There was everything you needed. Nice towels, good quality shampoo and soap. Coffee, tea and all cooking equipment.

Great location. Wonderful host. Beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was very good. Owner was very nice. Nice view.

first the bathroom was dirty, and its so small that i cant bath without bumping onto the wall few times. the air-cond was so noisy that i cant sleep peacefully at night, despite complaining to the receptionist, no action were taken. the towel provided to me was torn in the middle. I can hear another person beside my room snoring all the night. there were only one small tube of shower gel and shampoo for the 2 days stay in there, perhaps it was too costly for them. the room too was too small, a superior room is not even big enough for one person, i wonder how it will be for a family. this will be my first and last stay at D’or Hotel.

I loved the simpleness of the place, staff was great, breakfast was good, coffee was awesome.

Super close to metro station! Literally 10 steps away. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return again!

Ideal location, just in the middle of the downtown. Walking distance to everything. We could run home after an exhausting visit at the chatedral in the morning to have a rest, and go back in the afternoon. Lots of kind bars and restaurants in the very near streets. We dropped down for a kind coffee with churros for breakfast, and have had a restaurant with 01.00 a.m. closing time at the next corner. The appartman was a nice flat with two bedrooms and two bathes for us , for two pairs, with kitchen and living room. Enjoyed our staying there very much. There was very near a kind place to get a flamenco evening. Contact to the owner was excellent.

The location to chatswood shopping area and station was only about 5-10minutes walk.

Great location right in the city center. Room was very quiet even though it faced Gran Via. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff was very kind.

The location was very convenient and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and quiet (as I’d requested) but TOO HOT!! The air conditioning did not really begin to cool the room until about 1 a.m.---5 hours after I had switched it on inside the room. I had to ask the staff to help with it a few times, but it took hours to begin cooling the room.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, very clean and the location perfect. Olivia, Barbara and Rui (our hosts) went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Great communication before, during and after the trip.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and most spoke English very well. The breakfast buffet was great. Dinner buffet had a good selection of food. The days the dinner buffet wasn’t offered, a menu option or soup buffet was offered. Hotel offers a private driver (the driver was awesome..he really took care of us) or the subway is a few blocks away (located in a park) and is easy to use (staff is very helpful there as well). In all, this is a very nice hotel. I can’t say enough about the wonderful reception staff, they really went out of their way to help us…from getting the a/c to cool the room to helping us set up our disposable phones. They were awesome.

Location is great, very convenient and a 10 – 15 mins walk to Bukit Bintang. Design and deco of the hotel is superb, love it so much. Despite having a small and narrow room, it is still very cozy and comfortable. Check in process is a little slow but the staffs are always smiling. Overall, it is worth the price and I will return.

More or less everything was good about this new hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was great….just a short tram ride to Central Station from the nearby stop. The soundproofing of the room was excellent.

This small guesthouse is located in the heart of Kyoto but on little peacful street. It has everything you need for a short stay, an even more: washing machine, microwave.

Very good location, in Arenal, very close to the Cathedral. The receptionist was super super nice. She welcomed us with a big smile, explained everything, suggested places and reserved restaurants. She really went way beyond what is expected.

It’s really close to the Weberwiese U-bahn station and a bit further from Ostbahnhof where you can go by S-bahn. The staff is really friendly. Our four bed room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Clean sheets. Felt almost new. We had our own bathroom with soap and shampoo. The Pegasus has a nice garden where you can it or have a beer. Kids friendly. I would stay here again.

Fantastic buffet. In fact the Ternary Restaurant was wonderful. We like it so much that we ate there three nights in a row because we wanted to try more on the menu. Staff were really attentive and friendly.

Location. Convenience stores and food outlets nearby.

The staff were great, having the use of a computer and being able to wash my clothes was really useful too. Nice place with a chilled vibe, a kitchen, a lounge with instruments and a TV etc. Garden to have a smoke or chat…cool place

The hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Fantastic friendly staff, a nice breakfast every morning, the lovely homemade rum. The lobby is decorated to such a high standard and the rooms are impeccably clean! Location perfect, 1 block fron lots of restaurants and bara, 2 blocks from the sunday San Telmo market. Ans across the road from a decent shop and a cute local pizza place.

Extremely comfortable and friendly accommodation. Lynne made us feel very welcome and relaxed. The outdoor living area was amazing.

The croissants were flaky and warm. Breakfast always arrived on time!

Breakfast good. Beautiful airy lounge. Stella the housekeeper always there for you. A lovely oasis to relax in from the busy streets outside.

The apartment was spacius,very clean and close to all attractions.

This hotel is without a doubt the best value accommodation here in Chiang Mai. The hotel is in pristine condition and the balcony gives you a beautiful view of the tallest mountains in Thailand. It has a very nature- like vibe unlike every other guest house/hostel/hotel I have stayed at here, simply look at the pictures! This hotel is also particularly social and many open-minded travelers and tourists are hanging out by the garden because it is such a great atmosphere. The host Khun Bee takes groups of people out to the Sunday market, Silver Temple, and many other places out of kindness. Anything you need help with, she is very knowledgeable and is here to help. I cannot think of a more perfect host than Khun Bee.

Comfortable beds, good location and we were greeted with suitcases before check-in time.

Very nice and attentive staff. All speak English very well.

Great staffs who are nice, friendly and helpful. The bed is great and the room is clean. There’s shared kitchen to use for breakfast. Even the size of the room is small but it didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all. If I go to Seoul again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Ana, Tamara And Nikola were really great: friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you at any moment and give you any kind of info you need. Apart K is a great place if you catching a flight next day. Very close to the Belgrade’s airport and the hotel offers pickup/drop off for a fee. The bar is open 24/7 and the breakfast was amazing.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but ok and they had fresh fruit. Delhi is quite full on when you haven’t been there before so the room was a nice escape from the chaos outside. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel provided pick up from the airport although it was difficult to get money at the airport to pay for the exit charge.

The accommodation was bigger than we expected and the view was spectacular.

I love this hotel – it is my home away from home. In fact I get the same room every time I stay here. The views of the harbour bridge are incredible and i could gaze away for hours watching all the boats in the harbour. The staff are always amazing with their attention to detail, friendliness and always keen to welcome you. I love the buffet breakfast, it has to be one of the best in Sydney – I wish I could eat the chocolate croissants everyday. I also love how handy it is to the city and of course the beautiful Sydney harbour. I stayed here during Vivid (and in the same room (2917)) and we didn’t need to leave the room to watch the amazing light show. Would never stay anywhere else in Sydney that’s for sure. oh and did I mention that they even have hair ties in the bathroom supplies – very handy for a very forgetful traveller like me.

Location close to 2 subway stations. Easy access as in 15/20 minutes you are door to door in downtown Shanghai. 5 star services and good and relax atmosphere.

In my eyes a very outstanding accommodation. Beautiful old Villa in perfect renovated shape. It is located in a 10-15min walking distance from "La Croistette" in a quite area. We could park our car in their own and locked parking place. I have to mention the hosts which are utmost friendly and helpful. They tried to anticipate our wishes and made us feel home immediatelly, which is very rare nowadays. For sure not the last time we stayed there.

The apartment is rather close to the city centre, it offers private parking and there is someone who is always on duty guarding the building entrance and watching the parking spots. Amarilis is actually located on the 5th floor of a building. It is practically an entire floor turned into an apart hotel but it offers a reception, lobby etc. The room itself was very clean and equipped with all necessary requirements. Bathroom very clean as well. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling for either business or pleasure as it has very good value for money.

How close it was to the client I was visiting. Breakfast is served after 730 but they still made the effort to serve it earlier for me and be able to get to the customer early.

Its a small hotel with relatively small rooms however its highly recommended for couples only. If you are traveling with 3 or 4 family members and more luggage, avoid this hotel. Very neat and clean, not at all noisy and room service is also good. Staff is cooperative and friendly. Taksim square is only 5 minute walk. Location is perfect and u can find a lot of cafes, bars and night clubs all around the hotel. The guy at front desk in day time would help you about how to plan to your city trip.

The owner of this property was extremely accommodating, and the 24 hour reception service is very welcome. I had a very late arrival (at around 6am in the morning), and he was also very flexible with the check-out times. The basic single room is indeed very small, but for the price paid, I think it is still great value for money.

Everything! Comfortable with aircon. REform kafe downstairs was delicious and affordable! Staff beautiful! Can’t wait to go back.

The place is large and nice but what I liked best is the owners speak English and went beyond the call of duty. For example I wanted to print my boarding passes and could sort of tell I was being annoying but they politely accommodated me. Also called me a taxi for Us $12 when everyone else wants $17-25. Nice people.

The location was excellent. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful. I really liked having a kitchen, and would definitely use this chain again.

The owner is very very nice and friendly providing tips of the neighborhood- what to eat, where to visit. I arrived late at night and she got up and opened the door for us and let us rest right away (I actually "checked-in" the next morning). The breakfast was great and we can interact with other guests staying the house. It’s a pity that I only stayed for one day but will sure be come back next time when I visit Lima

Michela was absolutely lovely and so welcoming – communication was good, we received texts prior to our arrival to organise collecting the keys. The apartment is in a good location, only a few minutes walk away from Florence Cathedral and other amenities, and only 15-20 minutes walk away from Santa Maria Novella train station. The apartment was in immaculate condition and very tastefully decorated – it made our stay in beautiful Florence even more enjoyable. Wifi was incredibly quick (quicker than home!) and enabled us to plan our trip from day to day. Kitchen facilities were great so we decided to make our own lunch and breakfast rather than going out. Even had a coffee machine for my morning espresso
