Great location. Walk to just about every major attraction. Very friendly and accommodating staff – especially Macro.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean, just as seen in the pictures. The location is great too, the main square being a 5 minute walk away.

We did not go on the airport we got a telephone that there was a problem with the apartment and we could have another one but we didn’t want that So we find some other appartment in Budapest.

Great location (10 min walk to S. Marco square), nice spacious apartment with garden view. Easy to find trough Google maps. Vicinity of supermarket (1 min walk) was really convenient! Staff provided all information needed and everything was on high service level.

nothing there to like…. i parked my car by reverse driving all the time in very rubbish parking,…. there was 2 lift only and at peak time the 1 lift was brokedown i wait there almost 20 minutes to get in to the lift

Wonderful place to stay. So close to Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. Will definitely be staying here again.

The wooden bathroom was really nice, very pleasant experience and is much better than stone onsens that we have pried before. The garden is very cozy as well, providing good atmosphere at evening and night. The stuff was helpful and their English is quite good. The facilities outside the room (lobby and restaurant) are also good, I recommend trying coffee and massage chairs. The room looks very authentic, but it is much better on the photos rather in reality. We didn’t tried all meals, but breakfast was very tasty.

This is a friendly & comfortable hotel, well situated close to shops and restaurants as well as Santiago business districts.

The Caretaker was so friendly and helpful! We could not have asked for a better begin to our trip. On our last night we returned very late from a tour and were exhausted as it went longer than planned and he saw our faces and told us just to sit and let him take care of us. He made us lamp chops with a cream Sauce which was delicious and would not accept payment. Overall he was simply very caring and helpful with all we needed!

You can’t get more pleasant and wonderful people then husband and wife that own it. The comfort, decor, breakfast brought to your room, this cozy area with a super message chair, etc.. can’t ask for better. My husband and I were wowed by the welcome we got as well as all the above. Location, 5 minute walk to Termini and we walked to Fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps, etc…Also, if you are tired to go out and eat, at the door step of this hotel is Ristorante Famiglia which has everything, is very good and not expensive.

A nice block of flats with lots of light. The instructions were clear and it was easy to access. Also easy to get to from U Bahn. The S7 from the airport gets you straight to the local station. Flat overlooks a square and a school. Area is quiet.

Love the location! So convenient and the view is excellent. He chat with the staff and they were all very helpful and friendly! Nice toiletries the hotel provided.

Room was new, clean and ideally situated for business use. However, found space not ideal to western standards and too small to move around within the confines of commercial use. Changing to slippers places greater burden to international visitors and not in a norm of 4 star category hotel. No bath tub in room is another down-side. Thus, cost performance would be good if kept in the range of 15,000 to 17,000 inclusive of tax. Anything higher would not be worth a repeat visit.

Everything was like expected. Very good value for money. Clean, quiet and comfortable.Would stay again.

Location great for museums, Harrods, Gloucester Road tube and a large supermarket 3 minutes away, Hyde Park and Kensington High Street 10 minutes walk away. Great cafes around Gloucester Road, hotel itself blessed with brilliant helpful professional staff on Reception Front Office. Mini suite had everything a traveller would need.

I liked the location everything was there we didnt eat breakfast we left to go back home to windsor Ontario but we will be back for sure

Nice location – close to all historical places, but far from the tourists crowds, a bus stop located nearby. Bottled water (2 bottles per room replaced every day) was free. The hotel also has a mansard roof with 2 big umbrellas. The breakfast was nothing of special but included a selestion of yogurt and croissants, milk and, of course, unlimited coffee.

The volunteers working at the reception were amazing, the dorms were big enough and everything was very clean. The area to relax downstairs was very nice and tge breakfast was pretty good. Would definitly stay there again.

Great location close to the beaches and shops with views over the bay. Lily the owner / manager was lovely and she with her family went out of their way to add value to our stay. The facilities were spacious, good bedrooms and living accommodation, there was good coverage with air conditioning, the covered balcony was our favourite spot. Staff were amazing. Rooms were clean and modern. Our rooms were long and skinny but still had plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable. Hot water constantly in the shower with lots of power. Bar downstairs is good and had a long happy hour from 5/9.right in the heart of the busy town but wasn’t noisy in our room. NO noisy neighbours.they let us store our bags in a locked luggage room for the time before we could check in and on check out day.we had fresh towels in our room daily. Security on the room doors is very good. Can’t wait to go back

The breakfast was fine and the kitchen staff of very good behaviour

The place is like a big boarding school. The rooms are nice, big, the bathroom is clean and new.. Food is fine, you can eat it if you are hungry. The place is 10min from a metro station and they provide a shuttel to the station. There is a very nice lake 5min from there and a very good Italian restaurant.

Great location. The room was really nice, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful, anytime during the day. There cannot be a better location for this property. It is right next to Nana BTS from where one can travel around using the sky train. The only low scoring point was access to this property as one has to enter through Rajas Fashion house (a textile showroom) to go to the restaurant from where one can access the lobby. However, one can use the rear entrance as well after 10pm.

Facilites are good. Location near Grand Palace, and there is 7/11 next to the hotel.

This hoste has a great location right by Chunxi road. Private room did not have much in it but was sufficient and clean. We stayed one night and returned for 2 more after visiting another location in Sechuan. Good value for money.

Staff behavior, location and facilities of the hotel, internet speed was good also.

Clean hotel in a decent place in Delhi. Hotel sticks out because of the honest and friendly staff. The manager Jaspal Bisht made sure we were comfortable and happy. Often it are the small things like providing a bottle of water when you go out on a superwarm day that make the difference.

Nice suite with a little kitchen. Good when you travel with kids and the elderly. Moreover, the location is superb. Shopping and food within easy reach and no transport needed. Very suitable for family staycation.

That was my second stay at Gorki, I’ve had a short three-day getaway to Berlin. Same as for the first time, this fabulous place leaves only one regret: when it’s time to leave. I’m seriously considering commissioning my own apartment’s renovation to their architect.

Large room, very clean, modern bathroom, wonderful Old Town location

I liked the location and the breakfast was served in the room. Nice touch.

Lovely guesthouse with nice, friendly and helpful staff. The guy can speak good English and French (I think) and the girl can speak some English. She gave us some good advice about Hangzhou attractions and a nice map and how to get around. Our twin room is an attic bedroom with lovely decoration, a bit small but surprisingly has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a nice terrace.

The staff was so friendly – they made our stay very nice! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of the property as it is located in the heart of the city. There was a little inconvenience with the process of picking up the keys of the apartment from a hotel that is 15 minutes away. However, the person at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is located in Opera near Lafayette. It is a walking distance to all nice spots of Paris. The apartment is located on the fourth floor (not third), equipped with basic needs for your stay. It is an old Parisian building without an elevator.

Everything! Perfect! And the attention was spectacular

Hostess was extremely welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. Although the apartment is located in an old building, it is clean and comfortable inside. The hostess provided a basket of fresh fruit, teabags, local brandy, milk and bottled water for our use.

I really liked the location as it was within easy walking distance to the metro train station and many local sights. The apartment felt spacious and nicer than staying in a hotel room. Having a kitchenette was handy, although I didn’t prepare any major meals there. Great business concept and I would be interested to see what their other apartments are like compared to this one.

I liked the shower and the walkin closet in our suite, executive lounge was good, staff very friendly. Doorman was great and remembered us.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The finishing was high quality- switches, electrical boxes, bathroom accessories, sanitary wares etc did not wobble or appear worn. Staff is exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. The location of the hotel is a bit isolated, but that is what I was looking for. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT! I cannot stress this enough. The variety, selection, and quality is exceptional.
