The location was great. A few blocks from the cathedral, right in the middle of the old Gothic quarter.
The lobby is beautiful, the bar is cosy, the back yard was super for late night cap or coffee in the morning. What I loved the most though was the size of the room and the decor and the view of the main road with the beautiful clear white curtains and also my favorite was the gym, it was so well equipped and the rooftop was really nice too.
The place is quite close to the city center, which is convenient to reach by foot.
We all felt very varmly welcomed and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view from the terrass.

The location is great, right in the middle of the action
Very friendly reception, it was no problem to have a late check in. The room is more like a studio apartment, with plenty of space and it is very clean and comfortable. Nice details in the interior decoration. Good wifi and very good complimentary coffee in the morning.
The breakfast was great! Also the view was very nice from the balcony.
In the room and bath room there was small bugs and leakage was prominent from all over the place in backroom.
Everything--such cleanness. The bed was very comfortable--sheets were crispy white and super clean. The bathroom was really nice--large size--all marble--just beautiful. Room was quiet with a view of the cobblestone walk lined with shops and a partial view of the canal in the distance. Great location and very close to St Marks square. If I get back to Venice, I would stay here again.
Receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean. Underground garage was easy to enter and get out, with the help of receptionist. Metro station is near. In the next street you can find supermarket Spar.
big room, thick walls, rather quiet, I used 2 spare futons so it was almost as comfortable as sleeping in a bed
We got married in Dubrovnik and decided to do our honeymoon as a tour up the coast of Croatia, Dubrovnik was our first stop…so we booked this hotel as we liked that it had the pool and was just on the outskirts of town. We were very pleased we did. The pool was really relaxing and had a swim up bar too, which I didn’t realise when I booked it. The facilities in the hotel were great, breakfast had an excellent selection and catered for different dietary requirements. The walk into town was about 15 mins, but a pleasant stroll with lots to see and not too hilly…
