The position of the hotel was great. It was close to 2 metro lines & a few minutes to shops & restaurants/cafes. It was also only 10-15 minutes easy walk to Red Square.

Clean, modern had everything we needed. Concierge that greeted us was really helpful telling us about Porto and getting bus tickets for us.

The apartment was clean.No security or safety concerns came up.I could make meals with cutlery and pots I found.

Firstly, this hotel is amongst, if not THE most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. It is worth every single cent. The Butlers are in a league of their own and every room gets a private Butler, which sounds ridiculous at first but the realization that you only ever have to deal with ONE person is AMAZING! The hotel management is incredible and the staff anticipate your every move. Ill now never stay anywhere else when in Paris. This hotel is a MUST!

Nice hotel, the location is a little bit tricky to get to the main roads but no problem with Uber or Cabify

The staff was super helpful. They surprisingly spoke very good English in comparison to the Capital. The whole experience at the hostel was excellent. Great breakfast choices, very cozy environment. Very recommendable for simple travelers that want to feel welcome more then been in a fancy place.

We stayed in the hotel because we got an amazing deal through booking.com. The original price was much more expensive and my stay was only good because it was cheap. Nice and big room. The swimming pool and gym are also a plus. Good location, about 10min walk to the nearest subway station.

They provided well for my special breakfast. I am vegan and asked them to prepare some soy milk. Additionally they prepared a salad and cut vegetables as well.

The staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Akshaya from the reception. Perhaps if I repeated the visit to this hotel, will be for her.

Extremely comfortable room and surprisingly quiet given the location so close to pubs.

Location was excellent, right on La Ramblas. Hotel was very quiet, even with a room facing the street. The hotel is modern, clean and beautiful, and we would absolutely stay there again.

Leigh was too good as a host. The place was very clean and within walking distance of the Castle. Incase you have any problems Leigh is just a call away and always willing to help. The size of the rooms and the apartments was really nice.

The view was SPECTACULAR! Location is incredible, walkable to everything.

The staff was polite and extremely helpful. The room had enough space, was decorated in light tones, furniture was modern and in excellent condition. The private bathroom was also quite spacious. WIFI worked without a flaw. The elevator worked well as well.

The hostel was so clean, and the pod beds were incredibly comfortable. The lockers are large, the bathrooms clean and private and you have electronic ports in your bed! Honestly I have never slept so well at a hostel as I did this one! The rooftop is amazing with a view of a lot of major attractions, including the Eiffel Tower. Many reviews complain about the location, but it is very accessible via the metro and there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will do so when I visit Paris again.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a nice little balcony, (handy for smokers). The service from people in the office was excellent. They responded to emails straight away and even printed some ticket confirmations off for us. The location was lively with lots of places to eat and a well stocked local food store for making your own meals. Lots of places of interest were within easy walking distance too. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff are absolutely fantastic. Most helpful at all times.

Location was just a few hundred meters away from Myeong-dong station. Place was clean and quiet, away from the main roads. Breakfast was standard toast and jam, tea and coffee are free all day round. For the price that we paid, it was a steal. There was convenience store just around the bend for your needs.

The owner was very helpful. Breakfast was very abundant and good.

A room typical of what you can get in most mid range hotels in Japan. Small room but clean with comfortable bed and good bath room. Very close to the subway (Shinjuku line). The daily welcome drinks were a nice touch

If you did not want a cooked breakfast there was little choice. Could have maybe had some cold meats to go with the available cheese

Sumptuous decor, the couches, the chairs, the Persian caret, the antique dressers, the antique ceramics, the paintings. staff very attentve, breakfast – many choices.

Staff were very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and was almost sad to have to leave. The restaurant in the hotel is good and has a wide variety of Vietnamese and western food. I especially loved the coffee in the hotel, but it’s awesome in Vietnam in general. The location is a bit out of the way. But it’s near Ho Chi Minh museum. I’d recommend downloading the grabtaxi app as it’s a simple way of getting around Hanoi.

A wonderful stay in the city center of Belgrade. Excellent staff makes you feel comfortable and special. The breakfast is not only superb but the live piano player makes sure that the start of your day is just wonderful. Highly recommend visiting the spa as well.

Great room and comfortable bed even for a 2m guy. The young girl at the reception was very friendly and gave very good advice about activities. Supermarket is next door, you could get your breakfast there and put stuff in your fridge in your room. I learned that breakfast in the restaurant is expensive and not good. It is easy to park your car for free closetl hotel; drive to hotel and drop your suitcases at the lobby. Go straight and take the first left. In that street you will see many cars and you could park for free.

Excellent! We’ve stayed here for 2 nights and I highly recommend this Hotel! The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our queries and needs. The place is very near to Surasak Train Station.

Bed was confortable Shower was good good fridge inside the room good location

Property keys just took a phone call and confirmation of card details and then I could go straight in.

I can not say enough great things about the property, location and the most amazing staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our room was very spacious, with AC, the bathroom is the best! We enjoy complimentary coffee everyday. Every one of them are family and they take you in as their own and show you their culture and invite you to do things. Klinthoop and her staff are such wonderful people and when I had a mishap during our stay there, they were beyond helpful and helped me to retrieve the lost documents. We leave for Phuket Sunday and I am sad to leave here. If you are traveling through Chiang Mai this is a MUST place to stay. Only minutes from great restaurants, Sunday Walking Market, Temples galore, Three Kings Monument and much more. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Very good location in a nice area, handy to shops and station and museums.

The hotel is in a fantastic location…many local shops, grocery stores, plus a five-minute walk to the subway stop. As a woman traveler, never felt ill-at-ease walking out at night.

Staff, bed, warmth, bathroom, breakfast, independent heating and hot water (not a trifle for Lviv), location, authentic old furniture, and lots of the Queen’s portraits! And her husband is there, too!

The lovely night walking tour by Tania. Even if I had the day walking tour, this trip was amazing and enlightening. The city looks very different and beautiful in the evening. Tania is passionate and loves her city . Only wish this tour is held more often as it is only scheduled on Fridays
