The hosts greeted us kindly and helped us settle in well & also gave us lots of information regarding the area etc. The chalet was lovely and well kept. There were also several shops in the vicinity and a restaurant. There is also a bus stop opposite & a sanctuary close by. The place was heated and also had floor heating which was a big plus as it was snowing and was freezing outside!

Everything. I would recommed this place to anyone travelling to amsterdam. Ingrid (owner of the place) is really such a great help.

The staff were great, the location is accessible to some of the best malls, D1, and ‘Korea town’. The hotel is price is really fair for the quality and it was very clean. The owner, Bang, really helped my family and I through a tough period as we were looking for an apartment to rent. He showed us the real Vietnamese hospitality. Thank you to all of the staff and Bang for making my family and I feel welcome, secure, and connected to the local people.

What an unforgettable experience with this apt. We have been travelling around South America, and this was the best accommodation so far. Anna was amazing and was there to help on anything we requested. We stayed there for 4 nights, and the apt has been cleaned twice, which was a big surprise cos all other apts we stayed didn’t provide any cleaning services. There were free fruit everyday and coins for coffee machine so we enjoyed fresh coffee every morning. The location is superb, basically you can walk to everything. We are so regret that we forgot to tip Anna when we left for an early morning flight. If you are thinking of booking an apt, don’t look further.

Loved the club room facilities with breakfast and the 2 hour drinks and buffet from 6pm. We had a fantastic harbour view on the 13th floor and the staff were fantastic. As our plane departed at 11:30 pm we appreciated being able to pay extra for late checkout and caught the airport transfer bus which was very reasonably priced.

Clean & comfortable accommodation within easy reach of the tube.

A calm place not as crowdy as at the touristic hotspots but with a good selection of restaurants with typical Rome kitchen close by . This nicely compensates the somewhat longer distance compared to other hotels to the major historical/cultural places. The breakfast was excellent.

This is a great hotel just a few hundred metres from Shinbashi station. We had stayed at the Prince Tower at the start of our holiday for twice the price. This was a much better hotel on almost all counts. we had a superior double room on the 23rd floor with a full glass window giving "infinity" type views of the city. The hotel is on the 16th floor of the building, so even the lobby has magnificent panoramas. Room was relatively spacious, excellent bathroom where you could even flick a switch to create a see through wall to take in the view while you showered. Great location for the Ginza district and for access to trains. No traffic noise.

The staff are accommodating. The woman who cooks the modest breakfast (which I was happy to have) learned how to cook scrambled eggs properly after I showed her. Ning Ning, the 3rd generation manager (I believe) was wonderfully helpful, even taking me on his motorbike to buy a floral arrangement to take to a Vietnamese family who had invited us to dinner. Very kind of him and most helpful

Perfect location with quite surroundings, and the two rooms studio is a cozy place for friends/family. The facilties and rooms are just like described/photoed. Will come back if I re-visit Seoul again.

A very good location, a very friendly staff, excellente service and a very nice stay.

We stayed here 2 nights on a room only basis. We required parking so our car was valet parked. We were upgraded for free from a city view to a sea view, check in was quick & easy. The sea view was amazing and we also had a view of the port. The room was spacious clean with all the usual 4* star facilities. The hotel was ideally situated for walking around Cannes and there was a small public beach right opposite. THe hotel offered Spa facilites but we only used the pool which was a good size and very pleasant with comfy sunbeds. Hotel is ideally located if you want to walk around Cannes.

It’s near to airport and many food at surrounding. During night times there’s some bar and bistro prices are reasonable

Very clean & spacious rooms. Loved the balcony.

Very secure Apartment Building.. Apartments are simply but cleverly designed to meet your needs ours was a 3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms an equipped kitchen a dining table and a living TV area. Please note that this is an Apartment complex and not a hotel apartment so you remain clear on expectations.. for an Apartment complex its great if you are expecting daily cleaning and breakfast and bell boys to carry your luggage this is a different setup a great one but different its a rental apartment.

It’s very close to the center and the rooms are above our expectations. A covered, secure parking lot has been a great help.

The staff were very pleasant, and even drove me to the ATM upon arrival. The young guy speaks good English, strong WiFi in the rooms etc.

The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was good. The restaurant staff was good as well.

Well, i have to say mr.kim is an amazing helpful and hospitable man. At first our room was pretty small and lack of facilities for 3 people but it was reasonable for the cheap price we had paid. Afterwards, i was suffered from the snoring of my roomate and then we asked mr.kim for another room for rent then mr.kim was so generous that offered us an apartment for even 10 people without any extra fee. Additionally, he guided us alot through out our self-tour trip. Thanks for his kindness , my friends and i have a wonderful trip to korea ^^ . Thank u so much mr.kim. hope that i will have another chance to visit korea again.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, ROOM IS BIG AND CLEAN,THERE’S A SMALL KITCHEN IN THE ROOM,IT’S QUITE CONVINIENCE. LOCATION IS QUITE GOOD,CLOSE TO THE SUBWAY AND SHOPPING MALL.

Air con in the room, very clean, close to the metro, good value for what you pay

Great staff- super located- boutique hotel with Charme and very good restaurant

Staff is so helpful. She personally went to the train station and picked us up. I don’t need to struggle for finding the location of reception office. The space of the apartment is wide and big, we felt comfortable when staying inside.

The apartment was stylish and very accommodating. And the host was perfect!

Although it was a old building and I was initially put off by it, the room was immaculate and ha everything my daughter and I needed for our stay. To me it was affordable and the location excellent. I will definitely go there again if it is at she same price. It was my money’s worth. Thank you.

breakfast very good, but very expensive; if you are on budget, go to the many eateries nearby; normal parking is on external public parking lots; this is unpleasant and complicated (due to the busy area), but they gave me (after some mild protest) a parking space on the hotel premises;
