The location is great, it’s closed to the downtown and the ciudad amurallada.

Fun shops, good food, great art and architecture. Free outdoor movie in the park. The location of the hotel is excellent.

The room is small (as correctly indicated) but the beds were fine, WLAN worked properly, and the breakfast option at the larger sister hotel (5 min. walk) is worth a recommendation. Perfect location to both public (JR) and private railways ! also the airport shuttle leaves directly from the "sister" hotel. very convenient !

Has a breakfast restaurant in the morning. The Hot tub and small pool is nice after a day skiing. A lounge in the evening.

The location was more than great…in district 1, right next to the main sightseeings of the city within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, and courteous. I had some trouble with my booking initially, but when everything was solved, I got upgraded to a deluxe room without any additional costs.

The location, steps away from Ponte Rialto and Piazza San Marco

Overall good stay. Staff was helpful in addressing all our stay requests. Helped us in planning city tour.

The apartment is on the island of Giudecca,just a short 20 minute ferry ride from San Marco square (but it is a factor each day & you need to plan ). However the pro was that each evening you would return to a quiet place away from all the tourists and enjoy a wonderful atmosphere & light show of Venice, with access to restaurants ,coffee shops and a super market (where costs were cheaper than Venice itself ). The apartment was absolutely spectacular, with sweeping views of Venice and the staff were so tentative – nothing was to hard . An absolute joy & we would not hesitate to return or recommend .

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great bar with a beautiful terrace that has a vew of the sea. Nice location, right next to the funicular to go up to the main part of town and right across the street from the beach.

The room is really like a small apartment. It felt like we lived there as we stayed 12 days during one of our visits. There is an elevator that goes to the basement, which you can then go through the underground garage and tunnel directly into the PowerPlant Mall. Very nice grocery store just as you enter the mall and many eating establishments. Just a great location and property.

Loved the accommodation in the heart of the city with the main pedestrian Zara, H&M, Accessories, Office Shoes just behind, lots of shops close as a well as the Republic square. Lots of food choices and coffee places around. The staff was lovely, welcoming and very helpfull. It was cleaned every day.

Very friendly staff, good value for money. We got an upgrade to two queen beds, as this room was more spacious as we were travelling with two people. The shower is also quite good, strong water pressure.

I had my wallet stolen and the assisted me to make th declaration with the police, very nice people

It was not a classic hotel. It was part of the third floor of an apartment building. It had a kitchen and the breakfast was very good. The space was completely renovated. The area was safe at late night.

Got offered suite for half the stay and the rooms were very nice

Worst kind of experience in 20 years of travel history. We booked for 5 days and nobody came to even check if somebody is living there or not. No Cleaning, no bed sheets, no towels just nothing. One guy checked us in, charged money and disappeared. We were told to leave the keys inside apartment as nobody is available to complete check-out task.

Apartment was spacious compared to other rooms in Japan. Washer and dryer were in the apartment and laundry soap was provided. Bread, butter, jam, instant soup, & eggs were provided. Owner gave us a ride to Kyoto station at the end of our stay when we asked them to call a taxi for us. They sell day passes for the bus at the front desk.

Excellent location. I had a late flight and I was ready to check out but the receptionist reminded me that I paid for an extra day and I could stay in the room. I wished both him and the rest of the staff were kind and greeted me with the smile from the beginning of my arrival not only when I was leaving.

Close to clifton hill, niagara falls and skylon tower. Warm receptionists. Loo was clean and well-facilitated.

Good location for the underground metro which is located less than 200metres away and makes travelling around Shanghai fairly easy. The breakfast offered a good range and the room was comfortable and well appointed.

It was a small cafe and it works as a reception too , cute cozy place with perfect location

Everything ! This is an excellent hotel – from the welcome we received; the friendliness and quality of the service from the staff; our room was lovely and comfortable; and breakfast was particularly good and plentiful. The quality and specious apartment. Close to town and public main transport

It was convenient and pretty clean. Staff was friendly. The air conditioning was nice.

The hotel was wonderful. I have stayed here many times and found that the hotel delivers on every count. The staff is great! A wonderful breakfast spread, plush rooms, great pool and fitness centre, wonderful starff! I have always recommended windsor suites to my friends and will continue to do so. Absolutely wonderful!

Stunning location looking out onto the harbour. I really liked that the host took time out of his day to greet us and show us around the complex. He even recommended places for us to visit.

The location, the host and the apartment. It is a home away from home. I felt very comfortable and relaxed after a long day sight seeing.

Location and the staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was good traditional ‘pancakes’. They helped us find our way through the maze to a parking lot nearby, until we got our bearings. It was definitely authentic. Friendly Moroccan family lives in and owns/operates the Riad. Very little English, but enough to get by.

The property only opened this summer (2017) and is modern, clean and everything worked. The location was excellent being only a 5 minute walk from the Acropoli metro stop. There were many good restaurants, bars and tourist sites all within 5 minute walking distance. The hotel is run by 2 brothers; they were helpful, friendly and sorted out all our queries with good suggestions.
