This hotel is such a gem: incredibly comfortable, beautiful color scheme, a warm blanket, cup of tea and quiet at the end of a long day exploring the city, superb bath products (oh my!), luxurious towels, lots of hot water and a great balcony view overlooking the courtyard with a waterfall. The best location (convenient to the train or an easy walk to Town Hall) that includes so many great choices for restaurants, shops and an opportunity to experience the charm of a vibrant neighborhood. This was the ideal place to start my vacation. May the birds always be singing when you visit the Medusa!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us, close to the congress Centre but also very near trams to take us to the castle and the old town. The kitchen was good and spacious, beds were comfortable and having laundry facilities was a bonus.

The hotel is in a good location, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is not included but the adjoining cafe serves a great selection of food.

The manager is really incredible and went out of his way to make my stay amazing. He is reason enough to return. His recommendation for a hamman was spot on. He even gave me a personal tour of the neighborhood. The riad is also stylish, charming and very clean. The breakfast is also pleasant. The linens and toiletries are top quality. It feels like you are staying in a fancy friend’s home.

Central and perfect location for Dublin with a good, clean, basic room

Easy and quick self check in with pin codes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and are well equipped.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located near a subway entrance which can get you just about anywhere you need to go. Lots of great coffee shops nearby.

The atmosphere in the hostel was very cosy. We were eating together and that felt very homely. The house was an old Spanish-style building in a nice neighbourhood not far from Plaza the Maio.

I checked out early but the staff were reasonable and only charged me for the amount of days I stayed.

The bed was very comfortable, the location was excellent, the shower, although not big enough to bend down in, was hot and strong.

The price is quite affordable. Very close to a metro station.

Incredible place! The location is perfect for The Coliseum, forum which is a 5 min walk. Trevi fountain is only a 15 minute walk. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Gianluca the manager is wonderful and will help you plan your trip. We are planning to come back to Rome next year and will most definitely be staying here again.

I liked the big and comfortable room, It was clean. When we want we can take free fruit juice or coffee or cappuccino, water in the breakfast room. The hotel is very close to the MBK Mall or in 10 minutes in Wall ti Siam Paragon Mall. The owner is a very kind and the gas helped is ti find bus or gave more maps to find more points of interest

Easy location from Tokyo Central station, very convenient if you have your last night in Tokyo and need to take the Narita Express the next day. Room are small, but again this is Tokyo and very sufficient as you won’t spend so much time in your room. Very clean. I would recommend this hotel.

liked the set up of the bathroom thats separated with the fully automated toilet and the lavatory outside. Location is perfect if you want to be in Ginza. the rooms are bigger than the usual tokyo hotels.

Warm and comfortable, the atmosphere of home, the attitude is warm, the service is considerate!

Great location, and the room was much nicer than I thought it would be at that price.

The rooms were beautiful, especially liked the mirror frames, beds, and the outer part of the room doors. Our bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The property and the pool were kept clean, there was always someone cleaning up the fallen leaves. At the end of our stay, we asked the front desk for a car to take us to the airport (4 people + luggage) and it cost us 350k, which I find reasonable and we didn’t have to start bargaining with taxi drivers.

The view from the window was awesome, the apartment was very cozy and clean and has everything needed. I would recommend it.

Breakfast and location very good. Friendly staff but not high performing in terms of making sure the room is in perfect shape.

In general, the staff, the cleanness of the room and room services are all good for this price. Above all, the location of the hotel is the biggest attraction I think. It only takes a few minutes’ walk to get to the louvre and tube station.

Rooms in the family suite were very spacious. The staff did everything possible to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The restaurant was nice and the food was tasty. Service was slow, but not any slower than most restaurants I’ve been to in Germany, however, considering the dining room was packed with other guests and a soccer team, service was relatively quick given those circumstances. The variety at breakfast was great, offering both cold cuts and cheeses and warm and cold Mediterranean foods in addition to a variety of breads, cereal, and eggs (boiled and scrambled). My family and I thought it was worth the cost and the staff was quick to refill anything that was running low. Checkout was fast and efficient as it should be.

The breakfast at Hotel Praga is value for money with excellent staff and service. Overall, I love the place because of its location, customer service and the community which surrounds the hotel. If you need a late check-out it is possible and the staff will happily comply with any needs you might have to make your stay more comfortable. Transfers and tours are available. The bus stop is right outside the front door and by taking the number 23 for 1.50 Euro it will take you right to the centre of Madrid – Sol. From there a world of discovery begins. I took a tour for 24 Euro for the day to Toledo and could recommend it to anyone travelling for more than a day or two.

the location is excellent, close to the night market, 7-11, phamacy, all the tourist places but also quiet to have good night sleep. The hotel staff is beyond help, they are extrodinary, always help us in every single way, also speak good English. The breakfast place is located in the beautiful garden which is 10 seconds walk from the hotel. We will definately stay there again.

Our double rooms were quiet, exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds and with large shower cabins in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast served until noon, which is great if you are on vacation and don’t feel like getting up early! Actually for the price, service and location there is not much to complain about. Very good accommodation.

Definitely value for money comparing to other options in Kyoto – at least if you aim at private room. More like small apartment, small kitchenette, fridge – very convenient. Clean, close to bus stop and groceries.

Umah Dauh is perfectly located, in the center of Ubud surrounded by beautiful restaurants, cafes and shops, 20 minutes walking from the Ubud Yoga House. The place is modern and clean. I will definitely go back to Umah Dauh next time I’m in Ubud.

Concierge staff were really friendly. The room was great. The playroom was fantastic. My son and I played cards and soccer ball that was a really nice touch. Having the complimentary sgyttle to Osaka station was nice considering g how far away it was

Excellent staff, very helpful and allowed our late checkout without any hassle. This is important because most of the flights back to the USA are in early evening, so late checkout lets you to stay comfortable till 2pm. Also a few other hotels in BA that we stayed in had loud street noise, so we couldn’t sleep well. Although this is just a standard sherton, if you stay on the non-street side or higher floors you don’t hear any traffic, which is great.

Sorry, I prefer writing in English. The hotel is well located. The room is wide and clean. TV has many channels (all channels in Spanish). The internet connection is great. The kitchen is fine, but I didn’t cook anything. Staff brings breakfast to the room. Reception staff is kind.

Everything else, especially the locationn with great pizzeria and a cafe with books to read down the main road towards Frankfurter Tor.

We loved the design of the hotel. It’s like everyone is sleeping in tree houses. It’s also next to ‘Fah’, a nice bar where the food is great and you can have nice breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The staff was awesome. I didn’t get her name, but the front desk person was so helpful and phenomenal on our trip. We had a little snafu and needed some help with local calls and she was great with helping us find numbers and deal with that stuff then had recommended a great restaurant in the area, which we went to and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The breakfast that is included is great and it’s right near public transit.
