On site ski rental and storage made it super easy to hit the slopes everyday. Outdoor Spa and pool are great. Staff very helpful.

The shower is very small. It’s a surprise to me that they charge $2 per bag for storage fee. I thought it’s part of hotel service. I checked out early for them to clean the room but I had to pay $4 for 2 luggage. I made the complain about this but they have their own policy.
I like the fact that every things was nearby the property and that you provide a free shuttle to nearby establishments The staff are very friendly and our house keeping staff made sure I had fresh towels, robes and water daily. Shuttle drivers are friendly and drives very safe and very polite and they ensure that we are picked up and waits if we’re a bit late considering lines in stores at times when checking out
The hotel is situated in a beautiful Art-Nouveau early 1900 building. The interior design is somewhat posh, but stylish nevertheless. The room (we booked a Junior Suite) was spacious enough, with comfortable bed, large screen TV and excellently equipped bathroom. The highlight was the high ceiling and tall glass doors leading to the balcony. The personnel was extremely nice and helpful (also helping with our bulky luggage). Quite a diverse offer for the breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Comfy big bed. Train station 5 minutes walk.
Very good location close to metro which has the line to tokyo station and other great neighbourhoods to explore. Tokyo is a must on any travellers bucket list!

The bed was quite comfortable, and we had a gorgeous view of the lake with the park nearby. The staff was very friendly.
Comfortable room and very good accommodation service.
The decor of the hotel is nice, they offer us an upgrade for a very spacious suite. The swimming pool was amazing and it is nice to have the parking place for people that are traveling by car.
Nice to have a pool. Security was good with locked gates to get into the grounds. Outside of the grounds is a nice bar within an Old Chapel where you could have a late night cap.
