We like the location because it is walking distance to most of the sights in Florence and particularly the train station Santa Maria Novella. Laundry just down the street. Great little cafe on the corner where we had fun with the owner and shared recipes. Staff at hotel was extremely helpful. We like the old hotels more than the big franchise ones

Keyless late checkin was a godsend after our delayed flight from Zurich. It was a spacious and pristine high-spec luxury flat located in fashionable Notting Hill, a diverse and eclectic neighborhood. Was convenient walk to the many vendors of Portobello Road, and adjacent to a large council estate, whose residents brought a culturally diverse and inclusive vitality to the neighborhood at all hours of the evening. Was an extraordinary good value for money and unexpectedly modern and hi-tech for London. Compares with finest luxury flats of New York and Beverly Hills. Awesome kids playground right across from the flat that my 3-yr old loved.

This is a fantastic hotel with exceptionally friendly staff.

Very friendly reception, it was no problem to have a late check in. The room is more like a studio apartment, with plenty of space and it is very clean and comfortable. Nice details in the interior decoration. Good wifi and very good complimentary coffee in the morning.

Good location, possibility to take easy the keys and the flat is really clean, modern. You feel like home and this is important.

Walking distance to railway station, supermarket, restaurants and tourist activities. Elevator, air conditioning, opening window/door and value for money breakfast.

The people was very friendly and helpful. Once you got used to the city became easy to get around

The hotel is very well located, just 1 min from the metro station line 7 Place d’italie and walking distance from Chinesse area which ia great place. The room is well equipped, the small kitchen offers all facilities and the bed was really comfortable. They have the best pillows! They could use some brigheter light bulbs in the room especially in those which are oriented to the Galleries. Otherwise all was just fine.

The location was fantastic and the staff were amazing! We got there early expecting to wait or drop our bags and then come back but we were checked in immediately and upgraded to a better room at no extra charge. The staff were all incredibly friendly and spoke really good English. They were especially helpful at helping us with directions or pointing us towards tours or attractions we might like to see. We would especially like to thank Kang for being so kind and showing us everything on the map! Thank you!

It is quite near to downtown. The stuff here is very friendly and helpful. The decoration is great! And it is really cozy to be here.

The hotel is in an excellent location, an easy bus or metro trip to the main sights of Paris, as well as to the main stations which made it a perfect place for anybody using public transport. The reception staff were all very friendly and personable, with a smile on their face at any time of the day. Overall, the accommodation was carefree, and made our few days exploring Paris very relaxed and enjoyable.

The staff was soooooo nice, when we arrive they gave us a Map and they explained all the city to us, also all the places of interest of the city. Also the room was so so so nice, so beautiful decoration. The bed was so confortable, also breakfast was so delicious.

Very nice rooms and good location. Only downside is that it’s close to a bar with loud live music until 4 AM. However the nice staff accommodated us greatly and we got a new room at 0100 in the morning when we asked.

Brilliant for us and our 18 month old. A travel cot and bedding was provided. The apartment is next to a wonderful play park and above a fantastic bar selling craft beer. We loved the high quality and fantastic detailing of the building. It was a great base to explore Berlin

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Very quirky and so cool. Rooms are gorgeously decorated and have super comfy bed. Staff go out of their way to ensure you are happy. They even decorated our room on finding out it was our honeymoon (see pics). Added bonus was the free breakfast bag each morning with an orange juice, banana, yoghurt and muesli. If you want a more filling breakfast you can eat at the restaurant downstairs, the pancakes were to die for and my husband loved the bacon and eggs. Fantastic location too, walking distance from Anne Frank house.

Location and surrounding amenities were very good

Very friendly reception – gave me all the info I needed very efficiently and quickly. Breakfast variety was superb and even though the breakfast area was busy the staff were friendly and attentive.

The location is great. Everything is within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the mint tea on arrival. Breakfast was really nice although I would have also liked a savoury option. Location is good, not too hard to find but when you turn into the little street make sure you go straight ahead passed a couple of little shops (one on the left and one on the right). Google Maps will take you to the Spa while the riad is on the other side.

Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in …wow. I felt truly claustrophobic. Staff was rude…initially was going to put me in basement room.

The Volcano SPA Hotel is located in a very quiet place close to a picturesque nature park. The complex in newly built, modern and well equipped, rooms are clean and comfortable. Fitness and SPA are good for a city hotel. The restaurant is also fine, we had lunch there and liked everything. Parking is right in front of the hotel, and is free. We used the offer to rent a bike and ride from the hotel to Old Town and back: that was a great experience, really worth it!

Bonsella Hotel was one of the best things that happened in our trip do Vietnam. The kindness and attention of the staff made us feel privileged and at home from the moment we arrived. I stayed one night before my trip to Krabi and it is ok for one night. The staff are very polite and helpful. The shower is good.

LOVED everything about this location. It is in a very safe neighborhood, only 8 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla, but far enough that you are not in the midst of crazy tourist madness. This Hostel is very nice and well located and with an awesome price. It opened recently so everything is brand new. The rooms and very comfortable and the capsules give you a lot of privacy. Each capsule has it’s own light and power plugs and they are quite spacious so you don’t feel claustrophobic inside. The hostel has a locker room, washing machine, water and cookies for free. The location is also great: 5 min walking from the old city and 1minite walking to the night market so you can easily enjoy both with a lot of places to eat and go out very close. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. I had a super nice stay there and definetly recomed!

The staff was very polite, and the room was amazing.

Very well located hotel with amazing staff, all of them are very helpful and welcoming. The beakfast is delicious. And the little presents and attention left for every guest is so kind

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful. Loved the spa and the nightly entertainment. Enjoyed the meals at the Italian and French restaurants. Because we were celebrating out anniversary , a couple of nights we had a little extra treat in waiting for us in our room. I was impressed at how they try to keep a eco balance so it was fun watching the various cats and other animals and birds at the property. Although I don’t personally have young children I was impressed by the fact that they property has a kid/family zone, which they didn’t on my last visit about 5 years ago. So it is more kid friendly but the Platinum area is further down from there (yeah). I’ve actually stayed at both properties now. So it gave me a chance to do a comparison but I will keep my preference to myself.

I really like that it was centrally located. The underground train station is steps away and it was super easy to get around to the other areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but it had everything we need since we were hardly there.

Laudery machine in bathroom!! Spacious clean rooms. Great location.

Taimoor (The host, who welcomes you and delivers the accesses) is exceptional person; he delivers everything to makes you happier.

Excellent location down town Madrid and close to the Underground and tons of restaurants. The staff is speaking English, French, Italian and of course Spanish, and was very helpful. The breakfast is fine.

The room spacious, warm, plenty of storege space, beds extra comfy, cleaned every day, for buffet breakfast plenty of choice, hot-cold meat, eggs, salad veggies, cheese, crusty bread and toasts, fresh and dried fruits, yoghurt and muesli, fresh coffee/tea, cappuccino… The hotel can not be more close to the main square (Rynek), excellent position

The staff is fantastic and go out of their way to be helpful and the hotel is a great value for the money.

buon rapporto qualita’ prezzo nel senso che il prezzo e’ buono ma la qualita’ e’ decisamente "cinese". Lo staff non parla Inglese. La colazione e’ solo alla cinese e non di alta qualita’. Pero’ e’ vicino alla fiera e con shuttle bus gratis (una corsa !)
