The single room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and room temperature was just right. Tea/coffee facilities were available together with bottled water. Fridge also provided. The young lady on reception was most welcoming, spoke good English and was very helpful. Although the hotel had no breakfast facilities there is a very good cafe next door. I liked the location, the hotel was easy to find walking from the Teatralnaya Metro stop. I will certainly stay there again.

Great location between Sol and Gran Via, close to lots of bars and restaurants.

The staff are all friendly and super helpful. They gave me many recommendations about restaurants and bars. Especially the boy called Balint (hears like this name but not sure:)). Thanks a lot for recommending the bagel shop:)) The location is also great. Walking distance to trams and metro and the central market. Many good places to go nearby.

The facilities were very good and modern. The host was informative and helpful. The location is excellent.

The breakfast was ok and reasonable quality, not special but as much as you wanted to eat: tea/coffee, boiled eggs, cold cuts of meat,cheese, cereals etc.on a self serve basis. My room was clean and quiet and warm.The bed was reasonably comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower.

There is Mcdonald’s right outside its door. Location is the best, you shoot right into a train station.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was cozy, welcoming, clean and very well equipped. The location is just perfect- central and yet quite. We had a great stay there and we’ll definitely come back.

Location is super good, walking distance to places we want to go and visit. Try the bar Salmon Guru the best cocktail bar in Madrid to me. Me and my friend loves to walk so walking is pleasant in Madrid especially is the hotel is centrally located like this one.

The hotel was near cafes and the tramway, so access to the center of town was relatively easy. The room had a balcony and the air conditioning worked when needed. Stayed only 2 nights. The first receptionist was not too friendly but the second one was.

They arranged a taxi for us and met us at the door. Amazing hosts, very kind and knowledgeable about the area. The street is quiet, a 5 minute walk to the metro, very clean and had all of the basic necessities. Highly recommend. We are a family of 5, our kids are 10, 12, and 14 and it was perfect for us.

location location location easy to access from narita airport, free shuttle bus between Disney resort, a ‘build-in’ Lawson!!

Very nice staffs who give you advice on transportation. The breakfast is good. And you can get to the city center by bicycle. There are shared bicycles nearby only if you download the app of Mobike.

The fact that the room was cleaned every day of our stay was pleasing. The pricing was satisfying.

After living in Dubai we were unsure where to stay on our return as tourists. We were not disappointed with the Al Qasr. Though not as new as The Al Naseem, sister hotel, it still is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location

The attention of the hotel team, is very clean and with pleasant spaces. We came from a few nights in another hotel and the comfort and cleanliness are outstanding.

The bed was extra comfy and the room was very clean, the hotel has a great appearence and the staff are very helpful.

Excellent stay in such a nice apartment. Really lovely and attentive host. The breakfast croissants were really nice. The bedroom was spacious with a balcony. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was easy to access. The location was excellent and really enjoyed being in the historic centre. Easy to walk to all the known historic sites and to restaurants/bars.

Close to the airport, easy to find Value for money

Staff are very good. Breakfast is really expensive and not worth for 55 Dhs. It should have been included in the room cost. When we pay 360 Dhs without breakfast it is bit overexpensive.

The food was great, futons comfortable, staff just lovely, the location amazing, almost everything was perfect. I especially LOVED people there and how calm was Asakusa. There was everything – food, temples, shrines, 7-11, Family Mart, Donki. The time there was great and I strongly recommend staying there.

An amazing place, staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. We were late for breakfast (our fault) but the girl behind reception ran out to get us tea, coffee, and biscuits. Another staff member walked us to an excellent restaurant nearby for dinner. And another staff member ordered us a taxi to the train station, and stayed with us until it arrived. Rooms are beyond clean, and very comfortable. West Lake is a very pleasant walk away, and property is near the western side of the lake which isn’t plagued by crowds.

Room and location were excellent. Cozy and stylish apartment.

Felt like staying in a family home. Comfortable Japanese style bed room, nice little garden, very good shower. The host Mori made so much effort to make us feel welcome – gave us lots of recommendations for tourist sites, an awesome tonkatsu place and showed us a tiny local bar/restaurant when the typhoon was coming as we didn’t want to go into the centre. This was a great local experience with some friendly locals watching the baseball that we wouldn’t have got through staying at a hotel. Moris English was limited so we used a translation app quite a bit, but you couldn’t fault his effort and how welcome we felt

Staff is helpful. Location is good if you need to be around the train station, however the neighborhood (train station area) is what it is. The hotel facilities are fine. The rooms are pretty spacious.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful in every aspect. To be specific- Marina and Mariam. It was clean. Breakfast was good. Generally I would say it is easy to get from the airport. I took bus no 109 to Zoologischer Garden via Kurfurstendamm and dropped at Adenauerplatz and then walked to the hotel. It took about 10 – 15 minutes walk. Although this is ok for a fit and and active person, it may not be convenient to everybody. Certainly when it rains!

Within the old city, walking distance to some attractions. Close to Green Bamboo Massage, which is one of the reasons why we chose this hotel…plus it had a pool. I liked the connecting rooms, especially for families. Beds are hard, but to my liking.

Ms. Tamara is very helpful and always can give advice (where to go or where to find something interesting). She is very caring for her clients.

We enjoyed our stay simply because we feel the warmth of a home. The hotel manager is kind, friendly, and accomodating. Location is excellent! 👌

Very nice breakfast, good location. Optionally very nice smoking place on the parking. Restaurant on ground floor is cheep and make very very tasty dishes!

It was a lovely room in a fine old house situated in a quiet part of town. 20 or so minutes walk from the centre. Parking in a secure car park 150 metres away 10 euro per day.

I like it is in city center , near the shopping centers and histories castle

The location near the train station and market was good. Beds were small but okay.

Great Location, great building and decorating, is real 4 star hotel, I would recommend this hotel for staying. In the breakfast you allowed you to order exactly what you hot meal you want and they make it to you nice stuff. The maisonette room is fantastic really a gem if you are traveling with family.

The hotel has been renovated and is now called Na Banglampoo hotel. The location is perfect! (Quiet bus still near Khaosan road). The staff was very helpful and competent. There is a light breakfast available for free. Great choice if you plan to stay in Bangkok.

The cleanliness, the good price, the good cooked rice, the reception and the taxi offered.

The room was big, always clean, the bed was comfortable and huge, the view on the swimming pool was cool, the little terrace was very appreciated, the hotel was quiet at night. It was a very pleasant stay. Room service was excellent. The food delivered was excellent! The swimming pool is cool and they give big towels which is great. The decoration is a perfect mix of Moroccan art and modern fournitures. It looks great.

It was quite close to the main railway station. It was close to restaurants and metro station.. The breakfast courtyard was pleasant. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The location was great, you can see the square from the door.

It’s only 10 minutes drive from Belorussky rail station. From this station you can get AeroExpress to Sheremetyevo only for 35 minutes. It is close to the city’s centre. There are a lot of restaurants and little stories around this hotel. Very close to metro station.

Good variety at breakfast, very friendly staff that accommodated us well and were great with the kids, we have a one year old and a two year old. Walking distance to the emirates mall which has excellent variety of restaurants, dessert places etc.
