The support that we were given together with the cleanliness of the apartment were excellent.

Well-sized and well-equipped rooms. Excellent sound-proofing. Great location and efficient staff. Decoration in the rooms and common areas is stylish and pleasant.

The view from the room in the 10th floor was really nice. The room also looked nice, was quite clean, and it was quite easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit from the hotel (the beach, Sagrada Familia, La Rambla etc. etc.). The staff also helped us removing the door handles so that we could get into the bathroom the second day, otherwise we would have asked for a new hotel, and a refund.

Perfect location for those travelling by AVE, and for art-lovers. We had a room with balcony overlooking the "Reina Sofia".; comfortable bed and very good light for reading. Spacious bathroom with good ventilation. Lots of choice of places to eat on the street by the hotel (we had breakfast outside the hotel too)

Thus the breakfast was not in the apartment but in the cafe outside it was perfect and abundant.

The personal attention of its owners. Very friendly and diligent.

Het appartement was leuk en goed ingericht maar er werkte nauwelijks iets: TV mogelijks met schotel hebben we niet aan de praat gekregen, radio werkte niet (oud en versleten), douche was redelijk verstopt (water bleef lange tijd staan), ontbijt niet aanwezig.

The room was fairly comfortable. The shower was extra nice.

It had a beautiful balcony, that we used everyday for breakfast and at night. It had a washing machine. I liked the shower, which had glass alround and was in the living area. Quite different. It was a security building.

The accommodation is in a good central location. It has a shared kitchen to have your breakfast and a large bedroom and bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff was awesome. I didn’t get her name, but the front desk person was so helpful and phenomenal on our trip. We had a little snafu and needed some help with local calls and she was great with helping us find numbers and deal with that stuff then had recommended a great restaurant in the area, which we went to and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The breakfast that is included is great and it’s right near public transit.

In the heart of the city centre. Very convenient. Close to the Cathedral and Alcazar of Seville. Very nice terrasse at the top for breakfast and drinks. Views over the Cathedral

The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the apartment spacious. Highly recommend.

Everything was great except building, because it is very old and neglected. The apartment has everything what you need. Clear, and nice furnished. If I go again, absolutely I will stay here. And Valentina is a great woman.

great place to stay for a short trip and to get around in the heart of Melbourne easily

The location is very convenient. The flat is fine and clean, there was enough room (and this should be enough for two as well). I spent only a few hours there, and used it only for sleeping two nights. The host is kind, we arranged the timing of my arrival and he came over to handle me the keys and present the features of the appartment. Will consider this place again if I need to spend some time in Budapest.

A lovely hotel located near the French Quarter, which is less crowded and noisy than the Old Quarter. You can walk from the hotel to the Opera House and Hoan Kiem Lake in around 10 minutes. We stayed four nights in a deluxe double room. The room was larger than our expectations, coming from Japan. It was also spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Staff were extremely friendly and helped us make the most of our stay. Be sure to request an airport transfer when booking.

Pure luxury…. the river Ping was at the bottom of the hotel garden and it was a monstrously big river but completely silent when it flowed which was unnerving and amazing, at the same time. The market on Walking Street and the free hotel shuttle down to it.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from old city.A nice hotel hostess, invited us to the wine cellar and was honored with a homemade chacha.

The whole place has a great feel about it; a splendid conversion of a grand old building. Great place to escape the ghastly summer Saturday afternoon in overcrowded central Amsterdam. The Conservatorium is run with a flare and a generosity than one does not always associate with hotels in this city. Reception was five-star and checked us in early and checked us out late. The Restaurant off the lobby has good food and friendly service: we felt welcome. And its only just round the corner from the Concertgebouw, one of the very finest concert halls in western Europe. We’ll be back!

The location was great and the staff was very helpful, happy to help. The lightbulb in our room was broken and they replaced it right away.

The apartment has an amazing balcony with nice views over the mountains. Kitchen was very nice.

The location for exploring London is great and a great setting right on the Thames at Tower Bridge. The car park is very cheap for 24 hours in London, (GBP20), and you can reach the hotel without going into the Congestion Charge zone.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was ecxeptionaly spacey and clean. we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Theres a minibar stacked with complimentry drinks on the house, that was a very nice surprise.

Location was perfect, Valet service was perfect, Kids facilities were perfect

We needed to extend the checkout in some hours and the host was extremely nice by allowing us to stay there with no extra cost. We really appreciated that. Also, they’ve helped us with some Indications of good places to visit in the moment we’ve arrived. Very friendly!

We loved this hotel, especially the rooftop bar/restaurant. Ideal location for visiting the Grand Palace and temples. Lovely friendly staff.

Charming setting and charming staff. Massage is pricey but very enjoyable. As an alternative taxi into town and use the Lila massage salons. Hotel pool and pool bar very handy -- try the cosmopolitan. Not a huge choice of food, but you can go and eat at the convention center restaurant next door where there is live entertainment.
