Procurement of not edible fruit. Tasteless melon for breakfast.

Area has lots of resteraunt s …mostly Indian. Easy to get vegetarian food in the area. Close to a big night market. Staff were friendly and I loved that the hotel had local character and personality…you felt that you were in Thailand rather than a generic hotel. On the bed wee lotus flowers made from the towels.

Location : Very good location. Locate at Zhongmou plaza and Bravo big supermaket. Many convenient store in 1 km around. Mark can speak english, easy communication. Can left luggage at his office. Hired taxi at street is very easy, they use meter and go everywhere you want.

Nice and big apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, with a well equipped kitchen, a big bathroom and quite comfortable beds.

The service, the room the entire building is amazing.

Enjoyed the social event on July 8th. The salad was fresh. The cheese and crackers tasty. A very nice idea!

Great breakfast And great location: Spandau is beautiful small town with great travel connection to the centre of Berlin. We used mostly S line instead of U line (metro) even the U line is really around 20 metres behind the hotel. S line (upper ground) is very comfortable, fast and it goes every 3-5 minutes.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff specially Mr. Mateen also they have nice breakfast.

Extra spacy, airy, light, clean and comfortable. Stuff is very hospitable and friendly. San Zeno Residence is a perfect place to stay! I loved that room is provided with a tiny kitchen and little stove. You can easily warm some milk before you go to bed. Bed is almost a"california king size" large and very soft. Breakfast is provided with baked apples, croissants, jams, crepes and many more. Probably the best place to stay in Verona. It is just in 15 minutes by foot to train station "Verona Porta Nuova" and couple minutes to go Arena and other sightseeing. Enjoy your stay!

Mariella was on hand to greet us and give us all the information we required. The location is fantastic for anyone with small children as it’s close to lots of shops and a supermarket, plus you have a great park across the road. It was e erything we needed.

This was the second time me and my sister have visited Soul Hada. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the main streets and shops from Gangnam stations. There are heaps of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel which made everything very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very modern as well. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friend as always. Will definitely visit here again and also recommend it to others without hesitation.

The staff were incredible. There was a two hour wait for the visas at the airport due to the crowds. Our hotel driver waited the entire time for us. Rooms are big and clean. The open buffet breakfast was perfect and not bad for a price around 35Dhms. The location is very strategic, very close to the metro, even though we do not walk to the metro due to very hot humid weather in Dubai so we took taxi and uber. Metro station and Spinneys supermarket which is open 24 hours are very close to the hotel. Staff were very helpful especially Grace and Astrid. Thank you guys soo much for the hotel even though I accidentally booked it here in booking.com. You guys never fail to amaze us. We wish to come back again in this beautiful city of Dubai.

The location is good for us. It is near Terminal 21, Siam, Big C…. great for those whom love shopping.

For the price – rooms are very basic. No room service or restaurant. Facilities are very poor.

It was more like a Boutique Hotel. The hosts were fantastic both very welcoming and giving a low down on all the best eateries and activities. I just wish we could decorate our house with as much thought as they have done. The pizza theme is genius. Views were fantastic with us waking up to having views of the sun rise behind Vesivius

Cleanliness and friendly staff, we left our baggage at the property until we were due to leave later in the day.

Location is average particularly if you are not familiar with Shanghai. Otherwise a good hotel.

Spacious Rooms. One staff member Mr.Jin Li went out of his way to help me with local transport. Hotel is located quite a distance from the Night life district & it’s quite a challenge to get a cab on the return after dinner. The gentleman gave me a note in Chinese to give to the restaurant staff once I was done with dinner with instructions to call him & he very helpfully arranged for cabs to bring me back to the hotel 3 nights in a row via interactions with the restaurant staff I was dining in for the day.

My First time staying in a hostel I had a good experience the staff was friendly and helpful.They kept the place clean.

The breakfast was good and varied the staff were excellent and the location was really good.there is a really nice little Thai bar about 30 metres down the road don’t know the name but just come out of a the hotel turn right and its just over the road,good cheap beer and bbq food

I have stayed here close to a dozen times now. Finally got a free upgrade to a business suite. The location is the best thing about this hotel. Right above the metro and attached to a shopping centre with a supermarket, food court, and plenty of restaurants.

The location was perfect and the hotel is very nice, clean and modern.

It’s the best place to stay if you have a programme in Wiener Stadhalle, cause it’s only 2 mins on foot.

Leuk ingericht, 2 badkamers en 2 slaapkamers. Nespresso machine. Bij aankomst koffie/water/melk aanwezig.

The staff was super friendly. Hotel was beautiful & very clean. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. The hot breakfast buffet was good.

Our stay in Villa Dakoka was brilliant. This villa has is a quiet haven close to Seminyak and Kuta. Both Paul and Mia looked after us very well, helping us to organise tours. Very clean villa with 3 big double rooms. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff and attend to requests promptly. Room clean and bed comfy.

The location and quality of the unit was perfect. The off season rate was very attractive.

Open clean environment with indoor and outdoor living area. Wonderful staff who were very helpful. We had a driver at the property and we kept in contact via a mobile phone given to us to use. Gorgeous pool overlooking the paddy fields which was nestled on the edge of a hill. Big clean wet area for shower etc. Lovely breakfasts included.

The rooms were excellent, the reception & restaurant area were so wonderfully decorated, and I had the best ever maid (room 412).

The location is great, right next to the cathedral. The facility is relatively old but clean. Good choice for a short stay.

It was close to downtown and everything was in walking distance!!

Easy access via tram. Very friendly informative and helpful staff.

Great food, most staff very warm. But the views across the valley are just perfect. The weather was a little chilly to make the most of the private pool though so I’d only recommend that during the hot months. The villa is gorgeously decorated and designed, lots of traditional features. It’s very quiet location with the villas being up to 5 minutes walk from reception. Ours was down about 20 steps so ask for a high villa if you don’t like steps. None seemed wheelchair accessible. The location was about 15 -20 minutes walk to to Ubud, mostly downhill, and the hotel provides free shuttles about six times a day but the street taxis are only RUP 50,000 which is easier. We did the in hotel cooking class with the executive chef which was wonderful and prices the same as most of the ones in town, but was just the two of us. Some of Bali’s top restaurants are in the area including Bridges and Mosaicmso the location is great for a foodie as well!

We got adjacent apartments….very comfortable and spacious. The entire staff, particularly Margaritta, was very helpful and took care of even the small things in the apartment as well going out recommendations,. The old town was near by and the whole stay turned out to be very nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very small but it was better than having to share a bathroom. The breakfast to your room every day was a lovely touch and very enjoyable.

Modern decor in room. Comfortable bed. Nice robes. Breakfast was nice and I am surprised to read some criticisms. Fresh orange juice and coffee of choice were offered and eggs if you wanted them. Bottled water always available and snacks. All non alcoholic drinks in minibar were complementary. Staff were very nice and cheerful.

The staff were lovely, room had air con which was very needed, free breakfast was nice

Modest, amiable, safe and smokers friendly place. Excellent location – no crowds around but walking distance to almost anything you should see in Berlin

The room was really clean with clean towels everyday. Comfortable bed with nice pillows and the owners were very sweet and helpful.

The staff. and it was quiet. This was my honeymoon trip. The preparation set for it in the hotel was good. The location was great for getting around. I would defiantly recommend this hotel for friends and family

The staff here are super friendly, I wish I could remember all of their names to give them a shout out, but anyway, they’re very welcoming and happy to give you tips on what to do in the village. The view with breakfast is beautiful, the setting is perfect on the hillside overlooking the little bay. Great that they have their own little shop for beers and water so you don’t have to walk to town for them.

The apartment was very large, clean and up to date. It have everything to make your stay comfortable. It is close to the bus stop and the beds are very comfy. The host is very friendly and helpful. The price was great for this new of a apartment.

The neighborhood is nice and I like that there is hot water for showers.

Very nice rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay.

The view from our 31st floor Deluxe room was amazing!! More so that the bath overlooked the view as well!! Simply stunning! Friendly lovely staff! Fab infinity pool! Clean & comfy! Location – 4/5 stops away from MBK mall/Siam shopping district! Great offers at check in for cocktails – wish we had availed of it!

Clean big room, comfortable bad, perfect location near to a bus station and Starbucks coffee.

I like how the owner speaks the language of all the people, very convenient. Train stations and bus stations are very useful since it’s near. Everything is walking distance. EVERYTHING. Most malls are open until 5-6:30 am. Worth it.

The place is really pretty and quiet. The owner was really nice. The place was clean and we felt welcomed. We had a very nice stay.

To be honest there was nothing likeable we moved out in just few hours. It was dinghy, hot and very badly located. Hate to say this but had slum like quality to it.
