We had a great experience at "Komaneka at Bisma". We really enjoyed the restaurant that had a great variety of choice and the quality was great. Breakfast in room was incredible and always on time as ordered the day before. We would recommend having a couple Balinese massage that was located in a special bungalow with a view to jungle and river. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I was impressed by the size of the territory compare to other hotels we stayed in this area. They even have their own rice field located next to the swimming pool. Room was spacious and the friendly personal gave us a full explanation about what is where located and how to use different features (Apple TV etc).

The staff are super friendly and helpful, though many of them do not speak much English. The room is quite good, with air-conditioner, comfy bed, and old-classic TV with only Thai channels (?!)
Excellent location close to attractions such as Walk of Fame, Grauman’s Chinese Theater etc., which were about a 10 minute walk away. The facilities were fantastic, clean and comfortable. We had a suite which offered 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms, which was perfect for a family of 4.
The staff were very pleasant and the hotel restaurant was very good.we had to change room due to noise and the American manager was great and helped to sort out the change
Far Home Atocha is a very nice place to stay in Madrid. The rooms are clean and have modern interior. Personnel is really friendly and helpful. The location is great.
If we ever go back to Florence, this would be the hotel that we’ll book! Close to SMN station and located by Il Mercato where you can choose a lot of food from. The room is big and clean! The staff are accommodating and friendly.
We arrived on the 10th Sept for 2 nights However we had to cancell the second night as we had to return home due to a family illness The Hotel ( without issue) cancelled our second night without charge and could not be more helpfull with our problem The day we stayed we enjoyed and will be back
Location and staff’s professionalism are everything to me. Location was amazing. There was a bit of a problem during check-in but the receptionist were very kind and accommodating. Although it was a bit cramped, it did have everything needed.
Very good location. Walking distance to a lot of sights in Kyoto. The staff was very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. The room size is average, not bad for a business hotel. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection.
