Very Bad experience, there was no electricity for 4 hrs in my one day stay. In whashroom water leakage from roof etc

Keys were brought to apartment on agreed day & time.

I travelled with my 8mnth old baby to this awesome place.The staff was so accommodating and very helpful. From d time we got there to the last minute we had no issues. I arrived prior to check in 2 hrs before and they managed to sort a room for us. The quality of food for dinner was exceptional and loads of variety. The beach was literally 20 steps from d resort. The receptionist Vesna made us feel like home. Hats off to her.

The location was good, especially the roof top bar

Good breakfast, a bit of everything! Not just sweet Italian, but also some bread and cheese and ham for us notherns ones. And appreciated the good sweet cakes, and many refills on the coffe/espresso etc. Fresh strawberries was a treat as well. Stayed at many hotels in Italy, this one of the better ones. Miss some more vegetables!

Nightmare trying to find a plug at an appropriate level in the room to plug in the kettle! Try switching on a light in the room from your bed in the middle of the night, nightmare because of the height of the beds, the whole experience for the guest within the room hasn’t been thought about ergonomically!

My wife and I came to Playa del Carmen for 3 nights and stay with Kinbe over the weekend. The place looks beautiful! Enrique was super helpful with recommendations and places to visit. Location is great for young party people since there’s like 4 clubs a block away so that means it’s loud over the weekends. But again great location since its up the street from the beach and a few steps away from Calle Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) which is all your restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting PDC

The only good thing was the location gave us access to Gion area easily. The entrance was nice too (Wish the inside looked the same). The night staff was kind of charming, but to be honest all Japanese are nice and that still didn’t make up for other short-comings. (Forgive me for the blunt review but people need to set their expectations right.)

Cosy appartments, very friendly staff. Large pool. Close to Udom Suk BTS (however unpleasant walk along polluted Sukhumvit to get there). You also find a market and restaurants there.

location was perfect. I was able to go anywhere I want easily and the staff were very helpful about anything. I highly recommend this hotel to you either your visit is about business or entertainment.

The staff here are really nice, always willing to help not only with things related with the hostel but with anything you might need. Very caring and friendly, and the rooms are bright and private when needed. Perfect for solo travelers but also groups, very conveniently located near the city centre but still quiet and peaceful.

Very friendly hotel staff. Close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spacious and met our family’s needs perfectly.

Fairly close to Dongzimen to airport shuttle station and subway station. Room is efficient and things run properly. Quiet in room and around hotel.

The breakfast orange juice was amazing and the riad super quiet at night. The staff were brilliant upon arrival, when walking us through the streets towards the main square so we knew our way from the outset as easy to get lost in the maze of streets!

The room was bigger compared with the Japanese standard size. The train station was right in front. There are nice bbq restaurants around and the best curry in town is a block away.

The peace, tranquility and comfort after big days hiking and exploring.

It is a excellent ratio of qulity and price for turists who want to expolore historic Istanbul and don’t want to sit in hotels all day long. It was the second time that we stayed in the Artefes. And we will recommend it to our friends. Our special mark is for beautiful terrace on the roof where you can see the Blue Mosque, the Marmara sea and Istanbul from the height.

the design of the room was great, there are everything what you need, including air conditioning. Good breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room, although dated and bare-boned, was comfortable. The AC worked and the shower was hot – two very important details after spending the day walking around the city. The location was somewhat off the busy path, which I enjoyed. I only had to walk 15 minutes to the night market and 20 minutes to my favorite food spots.

The fact that they had almond milk for breakfast was really nice

I had my wallet containing my passport, credit cards, identification and money stolen. The staff from the manager, desk clerks and security could not have been kinder. My wallet was found but the manager insisted that security go with me to pick it up. The money was gone of course but the wallet still contained my passport and credit cards.

Location. Easy walk to Monkey forest, but away from all the hassle in ubud. Very quiet place.

Room service until 1 o’clock. Normal hotel nearby the metro – good place to start exploring Dubai.

Overall the stay in The Core is very good! Room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, clean bathroom! Staffs are nice and helpful 😊 Hopefully The Core can maintain the hostel well in future, will come back again if visiting to Chiang Mai. Very poor experience from both Booking.com and from resort on all aspects. Will not use either services in the future.

Good location, helpful staff. They let us store our bags for a few days which was great.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. An educated architecture student with fluent English worked in the day and knew everything there was to know about the city. At night a duo of guys were incredibly amiable and when I was too late to go to the post office they agreed to mail my 17 post cards for me the next day. The facilities themselves are nice and modern and the location is great- 20 minutes walk to Galata area one way or to the main attractions the other

The best part of my month stay at this homestay was being a part of the daily life of a Balinese family. The are all so kind, friendly and helpful and it was a very special experience to be part of that.

Clean room and in a very good location at a great price

Everything was perfect. That was my second time there and it’s still perfect.

Near of the subway station, the housekeeping was warm welcoming and polite. Room is an old fashion design but bed mattress is comfy.

Location is good as it’s on the Venice Island and near to Piazza San Marco.

Breakfast was great offering plenty of choices of western and local cuisine. Dinner one night though 2 of our food choices were not available. What we had was very good. The restaurant was empty which was a shame given the high standard

Good sized room for family of four. Really easy to get to from Kyoto Station (600 meters). Good sized pool and freedom to play BUT see comment about the fee to use the pool

Venice is a beautiful city and it has attractive nature. It was a very interesting journey in my life, I never forget it, and I also loved the house style it was very beautiful and comfortable for life, easily we could get what we want.

The view was great and it was very convenient that it was a short walk from Southern Cross and lots of food outlets.

Very cozy and comfortable, clean & tidy, location convenient, good views from balcony, wifi connection good, water pressure strong.

Spacious and clean room, shower, comfy bed and free drinking water. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location , walking distant to myeongdong. Near to metro station and 24hours restaurant, and convenient shop.

The hosts were very welcoming and allowed early access to our apartment after a long flight from Australia. Jean Pierre was very helpfull providing plans and information of places of interest for our 3 day stay. Susana who lives on site was also very helpfull organizing a taxi pickup when we vacated.

Everything was very good, the host was worried at all times and there was no problem.
