Facilities are Good, Clean and the Location is Excellent, its 1 minute walk off a main tourist attraction, on a quiet street, and has many good quality restaurants and a 5star bars on the same street

Excellent location – close to the busiest streets of Hanoi Ancient Town but in a calm street. No noise from outside, staff super nice and helpful, airport shuttle excellent, decent breakfast. I would totally recommeny the hotel. Just the spa was a bit disappointing – therapists were talking non stop to each other during the massage and the ambience was not relaxing (no soft music, no tea, nothing…). But supet cheap. Just make sure you ask for a medium or gentle massage, those women are strong!!!!
Check in was extremely pleasant, staff were very helpful, providing a drink and map upon arrival. The room was lovely, very comfy bed, extra pillows were provided, tea and coffee facilities were available. Bathroom had a bath and shower with free toiletries. The restaurant was on the top floor with a good view over Hanoi. Breakfast had lots of choices, including fresh fruit, cereal, salad choice and a decent hot selection. We had two massage treatments in the hotel, both were very good. All hotel staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Couldn’t have wished for more.
-breakfast is good, loved the French loaf and the yoghurt, They provide oven to toast the bread, local style beef strip salad is better than the dry beef salad in food trip. -good location, located inside a rather quiet street within old quater, yet still near to Some of the attractions. -the Rainbow restaurant near the hotel served yummy summer roll and fried spring roll, as Compared to other restaurant and food trip.
The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Ideally located, close to public transport. There was even a food court at the train station and a supermarket nearby.
