Friendly staff, introduced me to other guests. Cheap hostel for backpackers
All are very welcoming Using translate app. One girl spoke English and was very helpfull, wrote every destination for us in Chinese, figured out all the public transport. A big quiet twin room,daily new towles and free toileteries. Very convenient location to take bus,subway. Shops and good cheap restaurants nearby. A very good price quality.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. They speak English. They gave us advice when we asked and helped to find the best routes. At the first floor there is a cool bar with live music, good place to chill.
The staff was very nice and helpful (they understood english which was a big plus). The hall/leisure room were very appealing. The rooms were well air-conditionned – which makes a huge difference when it’s boiling hot outside.
They had a washing machine and it was usually empty and ready to use at the time of year we arrived. (June)
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice common areas to hang out in and good location near Muslim Quarter.
The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. I arrived at 2:30 am and left at 8:00 so it was a super short stay – they helped me work out issues with tour company and change rooms (the one I was supposed to stay in had been locked from the inside and we couldn’t get them to open) – all in that short time. One of the staff spoke English and that was very helpful.
We really liked this hostel/hotel, our double room was spacious and clean. Unlike other hotels in China it was easy to find and reach by public transport. And eventhough we arrived 2 hours before check-in time they let us in to the room. The staff was very helpful with giving advice (in good english) about what to eat in Xi’an and where to go and how to get there best. When you are there, try the home made lunch!
