The location of the hotel is very close to the shopping mall and business buildings
We like the location- close to the iconic Bell Tower for public transit (bus and metro), variety of restaurants, Muslim quarters. Staff attended to our plucked toilet right away. Friendly and helpful staff.
Location is gold. Perfect location within the city walls. Walking distance to everything you need and to see. Breakfast was decent enough for the price paid. Staff were very helpful. Facilities were clean.
First we checked in the very bad, old room with two single beds, though I requested a queen bed while booking. But the receptionist solved this problem. the second room was more comfortable and clean. The location is pretty cool-Bell and Drum tower are quite close to the property. City Wall is in 5 min of walk. Then I had a problem with the hair dryer, but the staff changed it for me.
Check out manger, she is very good and polite. I do not know her name. She apologized about what happened to me during check in from Anna. She carried my bag and helped me to find taxi. Thanks to her.
Ver comfortable, close to the subway and main shopping streets. Good wifi, nice area.
The reception staff were very helpful. The location was within walking distance of most tourist interests,metro and museums and despite being next door to many high-end shops and hotels there was also a local neighbourhood/community feel with late opening general stores and line and folk dancing Hobby Groups and quality buskers popping up in the most unexpected places. It was nice to take a small boat ride and wander through the local park. It was easy to get into conversation with local people there and enjoy passing time. Apart from crossing the busy roads(just keep calm and follow the locals) I felt safe as a solo woman traveller. I did not use the hotel restaurant. I chose a budget room and the furnishings were acceptable although a little tired.
Hotel staff were nice and let us check in very early. The bell tower and old city walls are easily within walking distance, while the surrounding area is used to having English speakers around.

Perfect location in the city center, only 20 min from airport. Very nice room and excellent breakfast.
