The Reception staff was really nice. They helped us book 2 day trips to Malacca and the Cameron Highlands. Breakfast good. In good walking distance to Bukit Bintang and the KL free buses.
Once you manage to get there, the location is actually quite good, near the public transport but also good for walking to/from the center…
I like the inclusion of breakfast or if not included in your accommodation, you can have it in the their small dining area at a cheaper price (RM 5). When I complain about the bedbugs, they’ve accommodated me immediately to transfer into another room. The hostel is just 5-10 minutes walk to Jalan Alor which I love the most.
Very near Jalan Alor and Berjaya Times Square. The staff are also very accommodating.
I stayed here with my wife my brother and a kid. The location was awesome you are on main Bukit Bintang, the family room i got is with twin tower view thats the best thing in this price, breakfast you have options thats very awesome, the morning front desk staff is the best and really very helpful very nice man as compare to night shift staff he’s very rude. I will definitely stay again in this property.👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Overall the hotel worth the price. The thing i like the most about this hotel is the location of the hotel which is just 5 min walk from Jalan Alor, the food street and 10 min walk from 3 lrt stations which are the Imbi Monorail, Hang Tuah exchange centre for lrt monorail and plaza rakyat lrt station…
The receptionists are so friendly and kind. He help us to catch the taxi so much.
the staffs are well behaved,location is great, has a nice view of twin tower from the room.
the hotel was in a good location, the beds were comfy but the room was poorly decorated and the beds were not as we requested. there was no door to the shower and most of the furniture was really old and recycled.
