The lady at check-in desk was very pleasant and motherly.Breakfast was simple, it was well-appreciated esp for morning check out. Its budget accommodation so rooms are small yet very comfortable and clean (no cockroach & insect). Location is near the train and must-see sites in KL. Hotel has a homey feel. Highly recommended!

It´s great value for money. Location is excellent – very close to Masjid Jamek station, easy to get everywhere in the city. Rooms are not big, but very clean and comfy. Staff is amazing. Free breakfast is nice as well.

Very nice place with very helpfull personel! Clean room and free breakfast! They’ve got a roofterrace on the 5th floor. Sitting there you have a free view to the TV-Tower and the Petronas Towers in the back, lovely view when enlighted during nighttime. It’s close to the Golden Triangle (more or less city center).

The wifi was good, however we had some issues with login at start. The newspaper in the morning was a great surprise, we loved it. Buffet breakfast had a great selection and was tasty and fresh, however it is better to come earlier to avoid queues. Hotel is nicely located within 10 min walking distance to Twin Towers. Recommended for short term visits.

The location, the staff courtesy, everything about this is hotel is just perfect including the near many places of attraction. Even stations are quite nearby which will make the travel experience easy.

The bed and the toilet very clean…its feel like in brunei darussalam…the feel of staying here is 4 star.

No kettle in the room. Ok for me because laundry in front of the hotel and restaurants are within footsteps.

There is a lift although the hotel is only 3 level. The stafff are friendly. Located near setapak central and near kg baru (lots of food places to choose). Also lots of parking provided near the hotel.

Cheap prices. Setapak Central Mall is just a short walk away. Plenty of parking spot. Hot and powerful rain shower.

Clean, comfy. Lots of cloth hangers. Had a storage room. Decent wi-fi speed.

Kind personnel, calmy though in the middle of Chinatown, clean room, comfy bed. For this price my expectations were exceeded.

The stuff were really nice. Good water heater. There are a lot of restaurants around.

The room is comfortable. Toilet is clean and the staff is friendly and always helpful. Definitely will come back for our next trip 😁

Very nice receptionists. They were pleasant, helpful and kind., that i cancelled my other hotel to stay with them again. They can keep lugages in their store room while we were travelling outside KL.that was very helpful. Nice double bedroom,comfy,clean. In general,good value for money.

This place is very convenient. Just around 5 minutes walk from Pasar Seni station. It’s right in the middle of Chinatown. You can enjoy night stroll at Petaling flea market right in front of your hotel. But there might be some noice until around midnight, if you’re an early sleeper. The staff is very helpful and my bathroom is pretty roomy. This place is perfect for travellers who want to have low-room rate with private bathroom because that’s what I’m always looking for!

I love the fact that they’ve got 2 pools. The infinity pool at the roof top was fantastic but the only downside was the water in the pool was not very clear and is normally packed with so many people. Apart from that I like my stay there.

Suling was extremely helpful, arranging taxis and storing our luggage for us. She was amazing!

The infinity pool up, the size of the room. Facilities inside and outside the room. Late checkout. The room has so much potential to be better than we got though.

The residence that we had was really clean and the balcony had an amazing view. Bathrooms were really clean too.

I like the view, just a few minutes walking to the sunway mall. It was a great stay. And its super easy for me to get to the train to kl sentral.

Room was okay, value for money i guess, the water pressure is slow, ive stayed there like over 10 times and everytime the same, but its walking distance 15 mins walk to LRT Wangsa Maju and 2 mins walk to a mosque, and a lot of eateries too so that made up for it. Parking is secured for Rm2 per entry.

The water pressure is slow. But the overall location and convenience of the hotel made me a return guest

Although it is a small shop-lot hotel, the best part is, it has elevator.

They lift zz, recomend for OKU due to they facility mostly for wheel chair easy use

They upgraded me at no charge because my room smelled intensely like smoke. The new room was very nice with amazing views of the city. Staff was helpful and kind.

A bargain room really – Right in China Town – very convenient. Breakfast was substantial. Other hotels in the area are less modern and just as pricey. Very easy to find as well. I did arrive early but the staff were happy to secure my main luggage and even put my valuable camera gear in a separate lockup away from general storage – I was impressed.

Hotel room is spacious as I booked the deluxe queen, definitely value for money. Furnitures are a bit old and wear off but still functioning well. Good powerful air conditioning, great shower water pressure and heated water. Room overall is clean and comfortable, only setback is the sound proofing between walls. Location is excellent just at the entrance of Chinatown, no worries for food as they provide free meal vouchers for 2 meals per day. Do not except too much for the meals as they are complimentary, if you want something else just walk out to the street and its food everywhere. Friendly reception especially Mr Adam who assisted me clearly and well, worth a pat on the back.

Rooms are modern, clean, very spacious and value for money

Air-conditioning system need to upgrade. Feels so warm even air-conditioning set 20°.
