Everything about the place was excellent. It was not in the middle of the city but well connected enough. Very quite and peaceful. The owner and staff are very helpful. The ambience is very relaxed and comfortable. It is in middle of a residential area but there’s enough privacy and security. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable, linen clean and fresh, changed everyday. The pool and very nice to sit out….and the breakfast sit out very pretty. Breakfast was simple but very adequate. The owner always made sure we were comfortable. We could even order home delivered pizza to the room for dinner when we didn’t want to step out for dinner. The room had mini bar and provision for tea coffee with kettle. There’s choice of balcony with rooms too. Overall our stay was very good. In fact excellent except for the internet connectivity.

The lady running the villa was lovely and it was very clean. Plenty of hot water and very good shower. Easy to park and only 20 minute drive from airport.
Excellent helpfull staff with sunny disposition. They also have bike’s and scooters for rent.. So if you don’t feel like walking ..rent one. Rooms big, comfortable and with big bathroom and shower. It’s Like staying in a family/friends house. Very relaxed. Seaview balcony. Breakfast is good and tasty. The venue is nearby very nice sea promenade Puntamika.
Breakfast was good but never changed except for one day we got an omelette instead of a hard boiled egg.

the owners were extremely helpful nothing was to much trouble, located out of town but very good bus service into town ( no 5 or no 8,) pool was very welcome during hot days, air conditioning good at night, beach was a ten minute walk with plenty of restaurants within 5/15minutes walk, bakery 5 minute walk, would definitely stay again
I have been there at July 2017 for 1 week with my girlfriend (we are from Czech) It was our first common holiday. Rooms were very clean and comfortable (the beds are the best). Air condition was very effective. We love this place, we rent 2 bikes for 1 day (10 EUR), but suddenly the girlfriend´s tire was flat in the center of Zadar, there was something sharp. Ivana (receptionist) was very helpful. She did not want any charge for the tire and our cracked wine glass. Last day, we leave Zadar at 9:00 PM and Ivana allowed us to stay by the pool though we checked out at 11:00 AM. We will definitely come back here once again. Thank you for all
Antique and cosy hotel just 5 min walk from San Marco square, friendly staff, nice breakfast, fast wi-fi, great views on tiny streets from the window in the room. A lot of bars and restaurants 1-2 min walk from the hotel. Grand Channel is less than 10 min from it.
