Breakfast was very good at the restaurant 5 min walk from apartment. Owner has left a bottle of wine for us and few bottles of water wich was very nice! Old town 10-15 min walk, beach 10-15 min walk, shopping centre 3 min walk. Apartment was large, had everything we needed.

Incredible experience in this cozy apartment. Nice environment, with easy access to parking. A spacious place with 2 rooms and a TV in each room. The owner was very nice and there was a free wine bottle for us. Clean and tidy with 2 bathrooms.

Very large duplex apartment-staircase to the bedrooms. There are plenty of pots and utensils in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood.

The apartment itself was very well set up. Really tastefully decorated & good areas for storage of luggage etc. The beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to contact & able to explain everything well.

Very modern accommodation. Very central. Ten minute walk to bus station. Supermarket close by. 15 minute walk to the start of the historic Old Town.

Immaculately clean room. Friendly welcome. Good communication. Would happily stay again.

Very nice and helpful host. Good and safe neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance to the old town. Quite new and tidy buliding with safe and free private parking just in front of the entrance. Spacious and good conditioned elevator. Very cute and fashionable interior decoration and furniture. It’s very clean in every room. A lovely sunny open-air balcony. There’re welcoming water and ice tea. Also coffee and kettle in the cupboard for making espressos.

I really like the style of the apartment, furniture is new and stylish.

The room and bathroom were very, very clean! I was quite ill when we arrived at the hotel and could not leave the room for three days. The staff was very kind to my husband, always asking if we needed anything extra. Because I spent so much time in the room, I was very pleased at the cleanliness!

The location was very nice. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were good and so was the food in the restaurant. To reach the old town was a 40 minute walk but there was a bus 50m down the road every 30 minutes to town return cost is 16Kn buying the ticket at the kiosk

The view. The clean rooms and the newly renovated feel (thogh in a quite run down building). Wonderfully close to everything in this charming old town.

The location was fantastic, right on the seafront and one of the balconies overlooks the sea. Very spacious apartment and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The view ia beautiful and it is located right in the historical center, close to restaurants and night life. The apartment is big and comfortable.

The restaurant Bon Appetite. This was the most incredible restaurant we ate at in the 22 days in Europe. The food was incredible. We ate outside by the sea. The waiter actually helped us pay for our parking out of his own pocket. The sunsets unbelievable. The sea organ was awesome. Zadar was my favorite city in Croatia. We ate more than once at Bon Appetite. They even helped me find addresses for the GPS. Can’t say enough about them. Put them on your bucket list.

Location is alright-ish. close to the historical centre, but not on it.

Very good value, great location. Very helpful with late check-in. Able to leave luggage there for tge day after checking out.Lovely staff.

Tiny and nice! Everything is on one floor. It is located next to the city center, which you can reach within a 10 min. walk by feet. The room (in my case a 9 bed dorm) was clean and even BOTH of it’s bathrooms as well. Beds were comfortable and solid. The Hostel has a small common area where it is pretty easy to get in touch with other guests. Staff were very friendly, helpful and interested to have conversations with their guests. Would definitely stay again there!

The atmosphere of the hotel was inviting, reception was welcoming, the room was lovely, and the location was excellent.

Caring staff, took extra trouble to deal with our mistake due to a reservations problem.

Best small hotel I’ve ever been, great location, everyrhing is in walking distance. Because of staff who is extremely friendly, and peaceful, cozy interior design I felt like I was at home.

The staff is young, very kind and helpful, they helped us with our luggage since they don’t have a lift. The hotel is new and it is nicely decorated and cozy, you feel like home. Sweet breakfast is served over a wooden table (homemade cake is delicious!) and you can ask the waiters for omelettes, eggs… if desired (they have a sort of menu ‘a la carte’ for the breakfast). Nice exterior terrace that works as the restaurant and for the breakfast. Hotel is close to the centre and the marvelous sunset "Greeting to the sun".

The staff is super well-trained, the property is done with beautiful taste, the bed is really comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely courtyard where you can have a drink, eat something, or just relax… The rooms are spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely first class! The room was recently renovated, so everything was new. Ivan provided transportation from-to the airport for a cash fee. He provided much helpful information and contacts to make my stay a pleasure. It is within the walls of the old city, so all of the sites there are easy walking distances. It was great value and is quiet, so I would highly recommend it to others. It will be my first choice upon return.

Apartment is fully equipped, very clean and absolutely brilliant

New, clean, comfortable and nice appartement in the center of Zadar

The property was located in the city center. Every tourist attraction was in walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants and shops close by and also public parking (4kn / hour). The apartment featured modern (and new) furniture, was incredibly clean and the bathroom had an walk-in shower. Thank you, Ivan, for a great stay in Zadar!

This property is of a high standard. They have really thought about guests needs with loads of storage, lighting and sockets, a really good shower and a large comfortable bed. This is a hotel quality room and exceptionally clean. It is close to the town centre so you can get to everything on foot. If you’ve come in the car there is public parking 5 mins from the apartment, 4 Kuna per hour (free 10pm till 8am) so bring coins with you. Thank you Ivan, you are a great host and have a lovely property.

Beautiful designed hotel rooms located in the middle of Zadar old-town. 10+ for the room, and 10+ for the location. You can walk everywhere in the old-town from the guest house. We were very much impressed.

Amazing flat with all the confort required ! Close by the old town where you will find nice restaurants, bars and touristic places to visit.

The guest house is perfectly located to explore Zadar. The interior is modern and high-quality. We were welcomed by the really friendly host and the late check-in was no problem.

Location right in the centre of town and on the doorstep of the apartment. Very good value stay as apartment was pretty big and comfy bed. Highly recommend others to stay here.

Just in perfect location, nice flat and helpful owners!

We were unable to say exactly when we would get there, but our host came immediately we contacted him, bringing us a bowl of fruit. Lots of local information provided. Were able to keep our bikes inside.

Right in the centre of the old town you couldn’t be better located. The flat is so modern clean and nice you could quite literally make this your home.

Location is amazing in the Old Town. All sights, restaurants et cetera are on walking distance. Just a 8 minute walk (through the Old Town) away from the Airport Shuttle. Everything you need is nearby. The appartement / studio is spacious enough. Nice sofa and sitting area. Kitchen not brand new, but just what you need. Shower was good and it was very clean. And last, a very friendly host.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and located in the heart of the old town, within easy walking distance to all the major sites. The host was friendly.

Diana is fantastic to deal with, welcomed us with fresh fruit, gave us a great personalised map of highlights and even did some printing for us! Apartment is quite spaciousness and equipped with everything you’d ever need. In a gorgeous old town location, surprisingly quiet and only 5 min walk to easy parking

The property was very nice and as described but what I really have to point out is the hosts!! So so nice, they let us in before time because we arrived from a red eye flight, and when I forgot a conference poster in the room they drove to the entrance of Zadar to meet with us and return it!! If there were more stars I would give them 🙂

Great host, easy to communicate with and allowed us to check out later than usual. Good location, right in the centre of Zadar.

Hospitality of the host, comfortable room which is clean and modern, even a smart tv is available

Very close to old town, shops, cheap coffee shops. Friendly owners, who were punctual to check in and check out. Very quiet at night, but downside is it is isolated. Easy free parking and very good wifi.
