The room layout, comfortable and spacious. When having lunch with a friend who had recently undergone major surgery, the restaurant staff went out of its way to assist.

I can comfortably say this was the best hotel I’ve ever been to. It was my honeymoon and the staff did really excellent work in preparing the room for me with dessert and drink. The staff are a top notch. They are welcoming smiling helping at all times. Also the location is excellent close to the pavilion which has alot of restaurants to choose from. Hotel Breakfast was good also with lots of variety and nice seating. I want to thank the whole staff for their effort that made my honeymoon in kula the best ever which I couldn’t imagine it will be like this in Ritz.. Regards
