Staff very courteous and helpful. Very pleasant quiet room with a very comfy bed & very modern and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Genuine 5-star standard & I think we got it at a very reasonable price using booking.com.

Everything was exactly as advertised, the rooms were confortable, clean and intimate. The dinner and breakfast at café knosh were delicous (our waiter, Hammit, was a delight !).
The service & warm hospitality provided by the Hotel staffs, including the Concierge are excellent. Every staff whom I came in contact was polite, attentive & helpful.
