Everything was ok. The staff is helpful. They upgraded our hotel room for the same price.
Management and staff are super nice! Organized our plain tickets and trips to Taj, udaipur with a driver included what a breeze india became after we booked into this hotel, we are still traveling and spend our last night again at the hotel will keep posting! Keep up the good work Ajanta and staff
Centrally located and v helpful in warning travellers of the tourist scams in the area and the number of people involved,including the police.Reasonable breakfast choice and spacious room
The friendly and accommodating staff, the free breakfast in the morning was good, free WIFI and the AC in the room was nice and cold
The staff were lovely. The room was clean and comfortable but see the not liked bit. There were other restaurants down the road so as well as eating in one night we also went out. You could book a taxi or tour in the hotel but as we had already booked a tour to Agra and the Taj Mahal before going to Delhi we can’t comment on this service. We were offered a pick up from the airport and were glad we accepted. A bit manic coming out of the airport with lots of taxi drivers trying to bag a tourist. We arranged for the same taxi driver Raj to pick us up the next day to take us to the Red Fort. It was fascinating watching drivers and pedestrians negotiating the traffic through a constant barrage of horns tooting, cows in the road and motorbikes weaving in and out.
Very poor customer service , unclean and irresponsible staff, with larger rooms
Ajanta is located in the middle of bustling Paharganj area – so very near to access public transportation – Metro, Railways. The property seems to be a hit with European and American customers. The hotel has all basic and working facilities. The front desk and bell boys are sincere and sport a smile. A decent coffee shop is attached (across the street) and serves good collection of coffees and baked items. We stayed in their family and suite rooms.for 3 nights. Overall a happy stay.
Staying at Ajanta hotel was amazing would like to stay there soon…again
The downstairs restaurant was great with tasty meals and excellent service, despite some issues with the credit card facility. The room was comfortable with a good bed, aircon and fan and tea/coffee making facility.
