The property owner/front desk staff was so kind and she remembered my name even though I was only there for two days. She tried her best to speak English with me, but we communicated mostly in broken Polish and smiles 🙂 the effort and welcoming smile was more than enough to make my boyfriend and I feel at home. Although she was not always at the front desk, she was always available by phone and just in her apartment in the same building as the rooms. There’s also a huge communal room with tea and coffee, a TV, and a giant playroom for kids. Would come back just for the hospitality!
Ignacio was a lovely host and he greeted us late in the evening after our flight was delayed. The location is close to restaurants and Manuel Montt Subway and is a great base for exploring Providencia. Ignacio was as friendly and welcoming a host can be and although we only stayed one night here, we both had a very good impression of Providencia B&B.
Close to attractions and walking distance to goof resturants
The place was quiet despite being near such a popular tourist spot, very spacious and clean. The staff were also happy to recommend many places to go to for Asakusa and was very friendly too. However my biggest surprise was where they provide free pocket wifi for every room (unlimited and high speed) Apparently this is provided for every single room. As we came from overseas without having rented any SIM cards, this came as a huge help for us in terms of transportation. Although I have stayed in several hotels in Japan before, this hotel had service quality unlike any I have ever come across before. I’ll definitely come again.

Fantastic breakfast buffet -well worth the 11 euro
The bathroom was superclean and the room itself too. You get a water boiler to make tea (bring our own teabags) and cups and cutlery can be found in the shared kitchen. Everything from the hotel was at walking distance which made our trip supereasy. Great value for money!
The hostel located near Kyoto station. There is minimart closed to the hostel. Staff are very nice and helpful. rooms are clean. restrooms and dressing rooms are desperated from each other so its very comfortable. overall- very impressed, will come again if possible.
The location as excellent to walk everywhere. Reception was friendly and helpful at all times. Great room, well maintained and cleaned. All the facilities you needed were there with a very comfortable bed.

Very nice and clean room in the center of Zagreb. The bed is perfect, the room is nicely decorated and the bathroom is beautiful. There is an electric kettle available and there was some coffee/tea/snacks available, which was nice!
