Nothing in particular Rooms were poorly lighted Food was very bad
not much to be honest, I provided a lot of feedback at the check-out; food ordered to room was tasty, staff was smiling and tried to be friendly, that however will not make up for the bad experience I had – everything seemed dirty 🙁
The hotel is located in a very good location with the Metro station in walking distance (10 minutes). It is also convenient to go to the various tourist locations of delhi from where the hotel is located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food options are limited but the food quality at breakfast is quite good.
Bed is soft, staff is great. Nice hotel, artistic curtains and lights. Hot water for showering is consistent.
JUSTA ……. It is a great little hotel in the upscale GK 1 area. Greeted by the owner himself, our check-in was fast, efficient and hassle free. The rooms are neat and comfortable…..the en suite bathroom extremely tidy, very clean with good quality toiletries. Cable Tv, fast Wifi, Tea Coffee maker with stock and other necessities gives this hotel an added plus point. The hotel restaurant serves great Indian and Asian cuisine … We take this opportunity to thank the team at Justa … Thank you !!!
Justa is a nice hotel which is located in Central GK of New Delhi. Hotel is really good and staff were very helpful. I would like to specially mention Jaspal Bisht (Justa manager) for his hospitality and helpful nature. I feel he is an asset for this hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. The location of the hotel is also superb – no tourist attraction is more than 30 minutes away. It’s also walking distance from the GK-1 shopping arena.
The staff was extremely helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is also good.
Clean hotel in a decent place in Delhi. Hotel sticks out because of the honest and friendly staff. The manager Jaspal Bisht made sure we were comfortable and happy. Often it are the small things like providing a bottle of water when you go out on a superwarm day that make the difference.
Very good location in south Delhi and helpul staff.
