So, friendly. On Booking.com the rate was lower than at their front desk and while I was waiting for the hotel to receive their confirmation from Booking.com they decided to add free breakfast to it 😀 The bed is also really really good!
The Spanish restaurant had recently opened. Excellent food and wonderful, friendly staff

Le calme, la sérénité, la classe, la beauté du jardin intérieur, la courtoisie du staff. Les flèches lumineuses qui indiquent le numéro de chambre et la direction (l’hôtel est énorme) Les grandes et belles salles de bains. La qualité de la literie. Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque et d’une grande fraîcheur. La paella excellente du restaurant espagnol et le cadre. La localisation au centre et pas trop loin des lieux touristiques

因为准点办理入住，结果有一间房间没有打扫干净，就给我们升级到11楼的贵宾间，还是非常贴心的。另外，房间里的智能设备非常给力，洗漱用品也是国际知名sap品牌，真心不错！
