Location is good just 2 minutes walk from U3 underground station, theres a local minimarket (NETTO) for daily essentials. Its got Balcony so thats a plus. Lots of towels and enough linens provided, thats also nice. Overall the flat is OK to stay in and we would stay there again on our next Berlin visit.

The location is the only positive thing i have to say about this place.
The hotel is 50 m from the beach with nice view from the balcon. Rooms are clean and hosts are ready to help. Here nice sandy beach and forest.
The apartment was clean and the facilities were fairly good.
Very convenient location, clean room, had everything we needed, a shared kitchen with one other room was nice.
A great location walking distance to the Vatican and the hop on hop off bus stop. The room was clean and we had a double and 2 singles so the kids aren’t sleeping on a sofa like in so many hotels. Breakfast was excellent. An amazing view from the upper terrace. The staff were polite and helpful. A good little grocery store across the street and a great restaurant nearby.
All Staff that I met were helpful and friendly. Comfortable Bed. Lovely Building, built in 1919.
The location was perfect with great access to the beach.
Very convenient for gare de Lyon and gare de Berry. We stayed for one night between arriving at Gare de Lyon and picking up our car from the Autotrain at Bercy. Clean and reasonably priced.
It was located in the centre of the city with all the shopping right next door. The staff were very helpful and friendly
