The hotel is in an excellent location in the old quarter. Walking distance to the lake and surrounded by tons of restaurants, shops and cultural sites. I stayed in the triple for two nights. The service is the true winner at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate the guests. The staff called our cruise to Halong bay early to check that they were picking us up and arranged without our asking to take me on a motocycle to a money changer that was open at 7am! The free breakfast that comes with the hotel is more than decent with fresh fruit, eggs , coffee, tea and pho available. I would definitely stay here again! Safety deposit box included in the room, if you are looking for that!

The staff was very friendly, They helped us with trip to Halong Bay and tickets to Puppet Theater. Hotel organized pick up from and to airport. Highly recommended.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. They made us feel welcomed and were quick to attend to anything we needed. Sometime during our trip, we had a sudden change of plans and needed to book another room urgently – they immediately made arrangements to ensure that my friends and I could still stay in the same room and feel comfortable despite how last minute it was! The room is comfortable and has all the facilities one would need. It is near the St Joseph’s Cathedral and a short walk away from the Lake.
Friendliness of the staff. And helpfulness – they went out of their way to collect our luggage from another hotel.
All of the staff were very friendly amd really helpful. They decorated our room for my daughter’s birthday and bought her a cake which they brought up to the room with lit candles and sang happy birthday to her! We would recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.
Exceptionally friendly staff always ready to help! Double room is very big, actually it’s a triple room, with one single bed and one double bed. Fresh water is brought to room everyday. Breakfast is not very various but tasty. We departed early, and they preapared the breakfast to take away, that was so nice! The hotel located in five minutes to Notre-Dame de Hanoi.
Staff very friendly and willing to help. We also booked our overnight stay at Halong Bay through them. Excellent coffee and breakfast you can order off a menu or bufet.
