Fantastic loation and very cozy, modern and sofisticated design. Although the room is a bit tiny but this is nothing to be complained. We will definately come back to stay this property.
This is located in the perfect place- close to everything you need from restaurants/ bars to supermarkets and shops. Only a 15 minute walk from the beach and it is so easy to get a taxi to anywhere from here. They also offer a shuttle service for close drops which is ideal. The pools are lovely and clean and the breakfast choice was great too! This is a perfect choice for staying in Seminyak.
Living room and one bedroom were comfortable. Washer & dryer were good facility
Very convenient location (if travelling by car). Staff was friendly-ish. Pool looked clean.

The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable. Nice size walk-in shower.
When this has been built in the 60s or 70s it was a comfortable place, with a generous teak floor and a bathtub in every room, also it has a swimming pool which I didn’t get to visit. It is in the perfect spot of the city for people who don’t want to avoid Khao San Road, with almost direct access to the Phaya Thai Station where the Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link and BTS Sukhumvit Line operate. Staff was experienced but still sympathizing and friendly, working with typewriters instead of computers at the 24/7 operated desk. It was no problem to check in a couple of hours earlier than booked. Most of the double rooms in the neighbourhood where booked out but at Florida Hotel it felt like we were the only two people on the whole floor.
Breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size TV
