The Staff was extremely nice, helpful and informed us about everything we needed to know just arriving in Vietnam. We had a room without window, which was totally fine, we still felt very comfortable there. It was clean and had everything you need. The location is perfect, we could walk everywher, it’s a quiet street and around the corner you have all the shops, restaurants, etc. Breakfast buffet was very good as well with fruits, yoghurt, cereal, toast, etc for western tastes and also vietnamese dishes. Highly recommend this hotel.
The greatest thing was staff. They were so gentle and nice. Just after I arrived hotel, without any delay they help me check in. And also gave us a lot of information about Hanoi. not only sightseeing but they also provied good restaurant!! Room condition was also awesome. I will visit here again when I visit Hanoi!

Nice Hotel in the heart of the Old Qarter. Room nicely decorated and made up, very comfortable bed, very clean, staff was very friendly, nice breakfast
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They worked hard to help us however possible and even gave a departing gift – thank you! The rooms were clean and comfortable – with a fridge to cool our water. Powerful and hot shower and bath to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. The room was huge comfortable and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The location was just perfect – at the center of everything, yet quiet. The stuff was super friendly and helpful.
The attention. They are the people more kindful and helpful that any hotel I have been before. Is the second time we choose this hotel because the first time we feel very comfortable. Also we had some external problems no relationed with the hotel and they helped us and solve it in a few minutes. We want to repeat again. We recommend it 100%. So cute.
