The location is superb right in the centre of the old town. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always have a smile for their guests. Breakfast excellent and a great room with comfortable bed what more could a weary traveller want?

Great food Very smart staff who were well trained in their work
Very confortable bed with a choice of soft or firm pillows. Room also had coffee making facilities, and we were given free water each day. Concierge were very friendly and so were the receptionist staff – except for one who was less helpful. I had to request twice for her to contact housekeeping to find out when our room would be ready.
Excellent location within walking distance to the castle, old town and the Jewish quarter. Beautiful roof terrace especially at night!
Breakfasts and BEDS!!!!! Have food allergies so choice was fantastic for me and have back and hip problems and beds were almost as comfy as my own bed-very rare and I slept like a baby😄
