Great location, clean room, renovated old building into hotel, wooden floors, romantic. Breakfast was definitely 4*. It was great stay. We went to Krakow to see Live Festival and stayed there two nights. Very friendly staff and cleaning too.

We had a room for 3 people everything was very clean and the room was very big. We were 3 and we had plenty of place to "expand" around. The breakfast was very good, with lots of salty and sweet choices. they even had soya milk. The last day one of us had to leave early before breakfast and they prepared a nice picnic. Well located to walk around the jewish quarter, and distance walking from the castle and the city centre and 10-15min walking from the bus to the airport. Bed really confortable and it was quiet

The hotel was very cleaning quiet. The restaurant was superb, the service was excellent. Our whole stay was brilliant and have no hesitation to recommend the Art & Garden Residence. 15 minute from town.

First class hotel – restaurant was amazing. Staff were excellent and rooms spotless, big and comfortable – what more can you ask?

Taxi booking was a big help from reception staff. The restaurant staff were nice and attentative.

The staff were so nice – we were given champagne when we arrived, one of our rooms was upgraded, and we had champagne in our room as an anniversary gift. The hotel was beautiful – clean and attractive, and in a quiet street not too far from the main square.

The attractive décor, the lightness and cleanliness of the building. The extremely helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. An excellent breakfast, one of the best we have experienced. Comfortable bed and lovely ensuite. Lots of nice touches eg a glass of bubbly on arrival!

Our room was cleaned and restocked every day and looked beautiful for us coming back from a long trip to Auschwitz. The hotel went above and beyond for our anniversary, leaving us a bottle of champagne in the room, towels folded into swans and a love heart balloon. A lovely touch! Also, due to our late arrival, we hadn’t eaten all day and the hotel staff didn’t hesitate to ring us a pizza to be delivered to our hotel room.

The location was really good. The staff was really good. And the big room was a surprise.

There were two couples in our party and we had the Deluxe room, it was outstanding. The standard room our friends had then looked rather poor. But simply due to the comparison. Location is fantastic just off the main square. Muhammad on the desk is very helpful.

We got an exceptionally warm welcome from Mohammed, he was extremely helpful and friendly. What’s is more, hotel room was very well designed, clean and accurate. It’s worth to mention that hotel location is very central, close to Rynek and can walk to many places. I would highly recommend this hotel in heartbeat!

Close proximity to the center and bus-railway station, there are no other advantages in this hostel, well, there may be a price, given that hotels in Krakow are higher in price than in other parts of Poland.43 euro2 nights .Staff very pleasant.You can safely leave bags to storage, before check in,after check out, even before the evening, for this special thanks.

Staff tried there hardest, but there weren’t enough employees.

Toilets and showers are the only positive thing about this hostel.

Best internet I had in some time. Basic breakfast included in price.

It has free cornflakes and other stuffs which is very useful for a budget traveller.

The breakfast facilities were great, its nice to have this included in the price. The decor was really cool aswel, lots of giraffes everywhere. Staff were super friendly snd helpful and there was loads of information about what to do and where to go in the city, at night and during the day.

The staff is kind and available. The price is good but totally NOT a good value for the filthy room and facilities you get. The only thing without issues is the position of the hostel itself, which is pretty near the historical city centre.

The reception people were super nice! We arrived earlier and managed to save our luggage there and even take a shower before going to the city center to see a bit of the city.

Good location and much nicer than other busy hostels in town. Big and comfy area with sofas and nice breakfast. And abowe all, fantastic staff.

Location is excellent and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The barmen were particularly friendly and good fun! The hotel is right between the old town and jewish quarter so plenty to see and do nearby. We went on a couple of tours on our stay and the Krakville Tours pick up point is just a stones throw from the hotel.

Everything the hotel was excellent and staff a credit to themselves 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I come to Krakow with just myself and my 13 year old son and ”tis is the first time I’d travelled abroad with him on my own. We both felt very safe here.

The stuff at the reception was very friendly! Perfect English. Even as we had some problems with wet walls(the night before was one of the heaviest rains in Poland, so this could happen in every hotel) we got a new room in just seconds. Breakfast was good, good choices of international dishes but also polish. We would choose holiday inn again. Rooms were clean and nice furniture

Since I have IHG membership. Hotel assigned a separate place ( quiet room ) for our breakfast, since the regular breakfast place was crowded.

Perfect location. Hotel was worth the money we paid. comfortable stay. Staff very helpful.

It was very well located with the center area, train and bus station and the shopping centre. You can go very fast by foot at old town in 5 minutes and 2 minutes from bus station and shipping center. The reception girls were very hospital and very helpful in giving all the information we need.

Best location to visit old town and best access to the bus stop to Wieliczka. Close to the station.
