Location was good once we were able to find it. It’s on a back alley so it’s hard to find. Close to restaurants, transit and Dotonbori. Staff was friendly.
Very modern bathroom although a little bit squashy. Walkable to the Dotonbori and tourist area of Namba.
The hotel is in a very good position, near the metro station. Then, in this station there is the line to the Kansai Airport! It was clean and confortable
Very close to subway. However, we have to carry all luggages on the stair. Everything else is great.
Convenient to Namba Station. I think just 5 minutes walk even with our luggages. Many restaurants and family mart around. Clean, modern and spacious room. Shower with massage function. The room is simple designed but with all the necessities. Staffs were helpful.
I liked the Japanese style room and the location near the Namba station
just a two minute walk away from the namba station (a very good start to explore osaka and its surroundings), dotonbori and shinsaibashi. But it is also a quiet and calm place to stay. very clean and modern.
The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly: we are travelling around Japan by bicycle and the staff accepted delivery of our bikes ahead of our arrival then helped us build them and arrange onward transport for our luggage! We also told them ahead of time that this trip is a honeymoon trip.. when we got into our room we were greeted with a hand-written ‘congratulations’ note and a bottle of fizz! Wonderful customer service, can’t praise them enough!
