Location is perfect. I like the area and neighborhood very much. Much less tourists. Many good shopping places and restaurants nearby.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is very easy to access from Tennoji Station and was good for a stopover before leaving on a morning flight from Kansai Airport.

Location-wise was good. Near to subway station. Breakfast was simple.

We were allowed to book in before 15:00, which was nice since we arrived at 11:00. The location was excellent. Only a few min walk away from Dotonbori and enough Izakayas in the area for food and drinks! The room was tidy and the bathroom was very clean.

Good location near Shin-Osaka Station. Tasty breakfast.

The room and en suite were compact, but sufficient for a short business trip. Staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was adequate, but not exciting for 1300 yen.

It’s close to the station with quite a few convenient stores around. The environment is clean, comfortable and near! Will choose here again if I visited Osaka next time!

Excellent hotel, very good location, couple of meters away from metro and train station. Beautiful aera around : covered pedestrian streets with many shops and restaurants. Big room (for Japan) fully equiped (even an ipad !)

Staff extremely warm and caring. I had asked for a quiet room and was actually given one! The bed had two very comfortable pillows. Everything in tip-top condition, & good security. Nice breakfast.

The staff were so friendly! They all spoke at least two languages, some of them spoke three (Japanese, English, Korean, etc.), so that was really impressive. And when I asked them to bring another towel to the room, they left us a cute handwritten note, thanking us for staying at the hotel and wishing us good travels. It was so sweet, they really went above and beyond. This hotel is also in a great location. It’s only a 5-minute walk to both a JR train station (Shin-Imamiya) as well as the Midosuji subway line station (Doubutsuen-Mae), so you can get pretty much anywhere via those two options. Or at least to another station where you can do a quick transfer to get where you wanna go! The rooms are nice, albeit a little crowded if everyone has a big suitcase. But it was really clean, had a nice bathroom setup with the toilet, sink/vanity, and shower all in separate rooms, and the beds were comfortable. Overall a really great stay!

Near the Osaka station, and subway. So it is convenient to walk around the area and avoid rain. Also, they have shuttle bus station to KIX nearby and stop by the hotel.

The Hilton is just right next to the train station. It even has a mall. Bonus , we found we could go to the train station using the basement which was connected to the train station and Dimaru. So happy about the location.

The room was large, clean and modern. The city view was very nice. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of foods. The hotel is located in the heart of Osaka close to everything you want to do in the city.

Staff were very helpful. Room was spacious. The yukata was handy for lounging around Nankai Namba train station was just across the road. Location is directly out of Namba subway exit 6.

Japanese style room was a nice and interesting experience. I also recommend to order Japanese breakfast to you room. Great service! The hotel is perfectly located in Osaka. Direct access to the underground station.

We booked a semi-western room with a tatami-mat corner with futons to sleep on. The room was huge comparing to average in Japan, especially in bigger cities like Osaka. The design is 70ths style, a little on the dark side with a lot of wood, but still with style. Overall the room was very clean and there was even a small table with two chairs to sit on (that was the western part of the room). The bathroom was also in 70ths design and the shower even came with an instruction because of the many knobs and handles. The hotel staff was friendly and helpfull and the japanese breakfast was very rich for it’s price. A big plus is also the location of the hotel close to Namba station and Dotombori – for everybody who loves a good beer and Takoyaki or simply having a huge choice of restaurants to pick from.

The hotel is very easy to find, the room is spacious than I expected, tidy & clean. Staffs are kind too.

The staff of this hotel is helpful with good manner. Would recommend it to who desires good location with easy access to anywhere in Osaka.

Location was excellent. Bed comfortable. Relatively quiet hotel.

住宿物品非常齊全且乾淨，位置鄰近地下鐵附近，周遭有很多的便利商店和居酒屋。門上的密碼鎖非常方便，當分開行動時可以直接透過領取鑰匙，不用在等鑰匙回來。

很有日本特色的日式公寓，榻榻米，干湿分离卫生间。感觉就是本地人的生活。入住时还准备了小点心，非常贴心。房间看着也很干净整洁。出门拐个弯就是黑门市场和近铁日本桥站，不管是去大阪市内其他地方还是去奈良、京都都超级方便。

本次旅行有年長的爸媽和4歲的幼兒, 離地鐵超近, 到奈良京都大阪各景點都不是問題, 房間內設施齊全, 非常舒適, 附近有黑門市場很適合媽媽逛街, 小孩子也很興奮, 非常有家庭的感覺, 下次有緣再來大阪我一樣會選這一間, 推薦家庭入住
