The staff were the best there could be. So helpful in every way. From room upgrades to good tour rates and city insider knowledge. The rooms were really good, fitted with everything you’d need and more. Location was central, shops everywhere around.
Great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both very clean. Wifi available in the room and in the reception, but a bit slow at times. Overall great value for money! Would highly recommend!

Good location. Central but quiet for Hanoi. Staff helpful. Only the "suits" at 7/8th floor are ok. All other rooms are bad.
The staff here were so helpful during our stay. They looked after our main luggage while we had a couple of nights in Sapa and even let us use a shower when we were checked out.
