I loved my stay here. The hotel was even more beautiful than I expected. A little bit of heaven in the busy medina. The staff are incredible helpful and friendly. The food was good and the riad was kept very clean. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends!
Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. We loved sitting by the pool with our mint tea and were lucky enough to have our room upgraded! Exceptionally clean. Location is a 10 minute walk from the main square through the medina. My only regret is that I didn’t go for a swim!
Its a great place to escape the hot and busy city of marrakech and relax. Its like entering an oasis in the middle of the city. The pool is amazing, the spa facilities (we had a massage) wer also very nice. The rooftop terrace is also a nice place to relax during the day. They offer dinner and breakfast but we would recommend going out into the city especially in the evening to one of the many great places closeby. Overall we were happy with the experience and would recommend it to other travelers.

The staff were very attentive and exceeded my expectations with regards to customer service. My bed was too hard for me as I have back problems but I was able to improvise. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room so I had to ask frequently for hot water as I only drink herbal tea (brought with me) and wake up during night requiring a hot drink – this could be very costly – but water is free 🙂 No English TV channels except the news CNN and BBC news – so having spent a lot of time in the room – got a bit stressful. Free internet is a bonus – however kept frequently cutting out when trying to work and or watching a programme online. Well done all for all you have done to make my stay pleasurable. See you soon !!
