Ryad Boustane is a great place, very friendly staff, specially Ousama is a great person and handle every question we had with professionalism, very clean and high comfort, its very unique and the breakfast was excellent and luxurious, simply the best and great experience.

Very good value for money and really helpful staff. Within the medina walls so very central. Gorgeous rooms, we had one next to the pool which was one of the cheapest but was still lovely with a very nice bathroom. We even got robes which was unexpected considering the price.
Arrived to the riyad mid-morning and was welcomed with mint tea and cake which I felt was a really nice start to our holiday. Each morning the Riyad prepared a fulfilling breakfast of croissants, pastry, omlet, cake, orange juice, tea/coffee. The Riyad was decorated in traditional Morrocon style and felt warm and comfortable. The room is cleaned every morning. We had the deluxe room which was really spacious. The riyad is a 10 min walk to Majorelle Gardens and 5-10 min Taxi to Jma-Al Fna (Should pay no more than 20-30 Dirham for). For excursions they can pick you up from the hotel which isn’t a problem for them to locate. There is also a taxi rank very close to the riayd. There are a few restuarants and cafes close by. The host was exceptional who speaks English and will gladly help you out.
We had a fantastic time at this riad and would totally recommend it to anyone heading to marrakech. Main highlights: Extremely friendly staff who would go out of the way to help. Exceptional customer service. Beautiful private roof terrace with plenty of seating and sun beds Very calm and quiet after a day in the busy Streets of Marrakech. Comfy bed. Clean room. Bathrobes, towels and toiletries provided. Superb omelet at breakfast Only a short taxi ride into the centre of the medina, the hotel manager even dropped us in for free in his own car a couple of times. We wanted to do a cooking class but left it too late to book, instead the staff at the riad took us to the local market, showed us around and then taught us to cook a traditional morrocon tagine at the hotel. We couldn’t have asked for more.
The staff were very obliging. It was unexpectedly cold while I was there so every evening, at my request, they lit a fire in the dining room. The bed was comfortable, linen impeccable, food correct, copious breakfast included.
Friendly obliging staff, comfortable and characterful property, near to one of the gates so easy to find, peaceful at night, lovely roof terrace.
A charming and authentic place to stay in Marrakech, It’s great value ; also lovely breakfast, Our host Asiz, the two ladies and the rest of the staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly and made our stay most enjoyable. Quiet and peaceful oasis, yet in the heart of the Medina. Thank you for a great taste of Morrocan hospitality.
Liked the suite layout of the room. The bathroom layout was superb…including the bidet toilet. Having a washer/dryer in the room was very nice…especially in sweaty Bangkok! Easy walk to Sukhumvit Road and Thong Lor (soi 55) area. Lots of Japanese style restaurants nearby.
