The styling, clean room, friendly and helpfull staff and good location
staff was friendly understood and tried out to figured out my issues without success unfortunatelly except they gave me another room to compensate
The hotel was centrally located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. Also, I like the adult atmosphere and was great please to meet other travelers .
The interior was beautiful, air con in room was fantastic.
They were super friendly and accommodating at Reina Roja! From the front desk to the bar they tried to help us as much as possible with us knowing very little Spanish lol. The hotel is definelth an adult only hotel but is so funky and cool to explore and admire. PERFECT LOCATION in play del carmen, close to beach and all the fun on 5th.
The hotel is great. The parkin lot is underground and there is planty of spots. The room is ruge. I liked the decoration a lot. Internet is very fast. Some reviews complain about the music. I slept on tge 2nd floor and could hear a little bit. However it wasnt a problem for me to sleep. Others reviews complain about the hotel being dark. I disagree. Ot is clear with big windows.
The staff was friendly and really made us feel welcome.
Bed was great! Staff’s efficiency was and is superb! Top notch service in restaurant. Great location. Chic design. Highly recommended and definitely will stay there when come back!
different design, close to the beach and to main pedestrian zone. very good food in the restaurant that was virtually empty at night. Excellent starters. Roof terrace was ok was pool was in reality limited to a very small paddling pool.
